Job Overview:
The Receiving Clerk/Courier will aim to build and maintain a working and productive inventory for clinical use.
Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>
Pickup, sort, process &amp; deliver mail.</li><li>
Operate a delivery vehicle safely and efficiently up to 8-hours a day.</li><li>
Courier food for Tampa clinic location cafe &amp; home health.</li><li>
Refueling, service pickup and delivery of fleet vehicles.</li><li>
Lift and move product in order to effectively sort, count, and receive against a pack slip and purchase order.</li><li>
Pickup and delivery of medications.</li><li>
Pickup and delivery of central sterilization totes.</li><li>
Perform routine and non-routine replenishment tasks.</li><li>
Maintains accurate inventory counts. Maintains the accuracy of on-hand quantities including but not limited to basic departments, stockroom, overstock locations.</li></ul>

Position Summary:
Jordan Valley Health is seeking a skilled Financial Analyst to support our Finance, Human Resources (HR), and Revenue Cycle teams. This cross-functional role will report to the CFO and will play a pivotal part in optimizing operational efficiency, analyzing data trends, and providing insights to support strategic decision-making across multiple departments. The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical mindset, proficiency in data management tools, and the ability to communicate complex information effectively to diverse teams.
Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>
Collect, clean, and manage data from Finance, HR, and Revenue Cycle departments.</li><li>
Develop and maintain databases, dashboards, and reporting systems to track key performance indicators (KPIs).</li><li>
Perform data analysis to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for improvement in financial performance, workforce management, and revenue optimization.</li><li>
Assist the Finance team with financial modeling, budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting by analyzing revenue streams, expenses, and operational costs.</li><li>
Provide insights into profitability, cost reductions, and resource allocation.</li><li>
Understand the business process management of the company to learn the strengths and weaknesses of the company&rsquo;s financial situation.</li><li>
Analyze workforce data including employee turnover, engagement, time tracking, compensation, and benefits trends.</li><li>
Support HR in developing reports related to recruitment, retention, performance management, and succession planning.</li><li>
Assist in ensuring compliance with HR-related laws and regulations through accurate data tracking and reporting.</li><li>
Analyze billing, claims, and collections data to assess performance and efficiency of revenue cycle processes.</li><li>
Identify opportunities to reduce denials, improve collections, and streamline revenue operations.</li><li>
Work closely with the Rev Cycle team to enhance payment reconciliation and cash flow forecasting.</li><li>
Prepare and present regular reports and dashboards to department leaders, providing actionable insights to inform business decisions.</li><li>
Develop ad-hoc reports as requested by department heads, identifying key trends and areas of concern.</li><li>
Work closely with department leads to understand specific data needs and tailor analysis accordingly.</li><li>
Serve as a liaison between departments to ensure data accuracy, consistency, and sharing of best practices.</li><li>
Support process improvements by integrating data insights into department workflows and operational strategies.</li></ul>

Completed bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Finance, Statistics, Business, or a related field is required. Advanced degree preferred.</li><li>

Job Summary:
Community Health Workers (CHW) work throughout the Jordan Valley service area to facilitate health equity. CHWs build relationships with patients who access the health center or those within the community who are in need of services. Through that relationship, the Community Health Worker will serve as a liaison between patients and resources. CHWs facilitate access to care, improve quality of life and address the effects of social determinants of health.
Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>
Works directly with the partnering school district to identify needs and set student/patient -centered health and wellness goals.</li><li>
Builds relationships and interacts professionally with [partnering school district staff, (nurses, secretaries, teachers, etc.), community partnerships, healthcare providers, and social service providers.</li><li>
Work in a school-based setting and community setting to identify individuals with needs.</li><li>
Responsible for coordinating and attending school-based events and child centered clinic events planned by Jordan Valley and the partnering school district.</li><li>
Schedule and execute school-based appointments such as telehealth appointments, dental exams, well child exams, and vision exams.</li><li>
Provide referrals and follow-up on referrals [following a school-based medical, dental, behavioral, therapy, or vision appointment.</li><li>
Works directly with a patient&rsquo;s treatment team and participates in care coordination and/or case management.</li><li>
Follow up on appointments or instructions from the healthcare team by making school visits, home visits, meeting the participant in a community setting, and/or phone communication.</li><li>
Connects patients with resources for basic needs.</li><li>
Assists patients[/students] and community members in navigating health and social service systems</li><li>
Works in a manner that builds individual and community capacity [by empowering and educating members of the community.</li><li>
