Jorgensen Laboratories LLC, a specialty instruments, capital equipment, and medical supply company is seeking a proactive, experienced, energetic, and creative individual to serve as Regional Sales Manager for the Alabama/Mississippi territory. This role reports to the National Sales Manager.
Position Overview<ul><li>
Drive demand generation and grow sales within the assigned territory.</li><li>
Consistently meet or exceed individual sales targets and budget objectives.</li><li>
Promote and sell equipment and supplies through distributor partners to veterinary clinics.</li><li>
Support and train distributor representatives as needed to enhance product knowledge and sales effectiveness.</li><li>
Attend regional distributor sales meetings and actively participate in training events.</li><li>
Plan and coordinate seminars, educational programs, and continuing education (CE) events for targeted veterinarians.</li><li>
Build and maintain strong relationships with veterinary schools, including faculty and students.</li><li>
Provide regular market insights and performance feedback to management.</li><li>
Maintain a comprehensive understanding of the product portfolio and service offerings.</li><li>
Represent Jorgensen Laboratories at industry trade shows, conferences, and professional meetings.</li><li>
Prepare and deliver presentations at National Sales Meetings.</li><li>
Provide input and feedback on marketing programs and materials to support strategic initiatives.</li><li>
Travel overnight as required (approximately 25&ndash;50%).</li></ul>

Pay and Benefits<ul><li>
Salary: $95,000 - $110,000 per year. Actual base pay offered may vary depending on multiple factors including job-related knowledge/skills, experience, business needs, geographical location.</li><li>

Requirements:
<ul><li>Experience: 6 to 10 years&rsquo; relevant experience.</li><li>
Animal health industry experience is non-negotiable.</li><li>
Proven experience building, managing, and strengthening distributor partner relationships.</li><li>
Demonstrated track record of consistent sales success and progression in roles with increasing responsibility.</li><li>
Self-motivated and proactive, with the ability to achieve goals independently with minimal supervision.</li><li>
Solid understanding of the clinical, operational, and business aspects of veterinary practice.</li><li>
Familiarity with social media and digital/web-based marketing strategies.</li><li>
Experience using cloud-based CRM systems, sales tracking, and data management tools.</li><li>
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.</li><li>
Possess and maintain a valid Driver&rsquo;s License and applicable insurance.</li></ul></div>
