We are seeking a UI/UX Designer who is passionate about creating intuitive, accessible, and visually compelling digital experiences to join our dynamic product development team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in user-centered design, usability research, and design systems, with proven experience in delivering high-quality solutions that meet business objectives. Designer will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams utilizing Agile methodologies to develop compelling visual designs and seamless user interactions.</div><div></div><div><b><br>
Duties:</b></div><ul><li>
Design and maintain comprehensive <b>design systems</b> to ensure consistency across multiple applications.</li><li>
Strong knowledge of front-end development languages including HTML, CSS (Less/SCSS), JavaScript frameworks like React or Angular.</li><li>
Conduct <b>user research</b>, usability testing, and accessibility audits to inform design decisions.</li><li>
Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs using tools such as <b>Figma</b>, <b>Adobe Creative Suite</b>, and <b>Mural</b>.</li><li>
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product managers, developers, and stakeholders to deliver innovative solutions.</li><li>
Ensure compliance with <b>ADA</b> and <b>WCAG 2.1</b> accessibility standards.</li><li>
Analyze user behavior using <b>web analytics</b> to optimize user experience and reduce bounce rates.</li><li>
Mentor junior designers and contribute to team knowledge sharing.</li><li>
Manage project timelines and deliverables, ensuring alignment with business goals.</li></ul><div></div><div><b><br>
Requried Skills:</b></div><ul><li>
U.S. Citizenship is required</li><li><b>
Bachelors Degree</b> in UX Design or 10+ years in UX/UI design and research roles.</li><li>
Proven track record in design system management and accessibility improvements.</li><li>
Proficiency in <b>HTML5</b>, <b>CSS3 (SASS)</b>, and familiarity with <b>Python</b> for data-related tasks.</li><li>
Expertise in <b>Figma</b>, <b>Adobe Creative Suite</b>, <b>Maze</b>, and <b>Mural</b>.</li><li>
Strong leadership, collaboration, and problem-solving abilities.</li><li>
Excellent communication and project management skills.</li></ul><div></div><div><b><br>

Master of Professional Studies in UX Design</li><li>
Graduate Certificate in UX</li><li>
