<p></p><div><p>Job Description: Software Engineers at Joseph Machine Company are responsible for designing and developing software solutions using WPF applications, SQL Servers, and programmable logic controllers for standard and custom projects.</p>
<h4 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>
Job Requirements:</b></h4><ul><li>
Use Visual Studio 2019 or newer to develop software solutions for customer requirements with documentation.</li><li>
Use of Microsoft SQL Server Management Studio 18 to configure, edit, and maintain Databases.</li><li>
Development of PLC code for Allen Bradley and Trio control systems with clear and concise comments as well as documentation.</li><li>
Responsible for working with Software, Mechanical, and Controls engineering as well as operations team to achieve the highest quality of machines.</li><li>
Identify and solve Software, PLC, and computer system related problems.</li><li>
Assist help desk technicians and customers in diagnosing and resolving WPF and PLC related field issues.</li><li>
The desire to solve tough problems with quality code.</li><li>
Maintain general shop safety and cleanliness</li><li>
Any other workrelated duties assigned by a manager Responsible for projects timelines and machine quality.</li><li>
Travel required. (10 20%)</li></ul><h4 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>
Key Requirements:</b></h4><ul><li>
BS Degree within Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or relevant field.</li><li>
25 years' experience in software design, Database Systems</li><li>
Experience in software troubleshooting. And finding solutions for chronic issues.</li><li>
Effective communication skills both written and verbal.</li><li>
Proactive and selfmotivated.</li><li>
Safety culture mindset.</li><li>
Positive and trustworthy.</li></ul><h4 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>
Preferred Qualifications:</b></h4><ul><li>
BS Degree within Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or relevant field</li><li>
