We are seeking a <b>UI/UX Designer</b> with 3- 4 years of proven experience in delivering design solutions across multiple domains. The ideal candidate is a problem solver who blends creativity with strategic thinking, capable of designing intuitive, scalable, and visually compelling digital experiences for enterprise and consumer products alike. You will be part of a high-performing Experience Design team, collaborating with clients, business stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to define, design, and deliver impactful user experiences that align with business objectives and technology frameworks.</div><div></div><div>
Key Responsibilities</div><ul><li>
Execute the end-to-end design lifecycle from requirement analysis, user research, and conceptualization to final visual design and developer handoff.</li><li>
Translate complex business requirements and client objectives into seamless user journeys, wireframes, and high-fidelity prototypes.</li><li>
Partner with product owners, business analysts, and engineering teams to ensure design intent and usability are maintained through implementation.</li><li>
Communicate and present design strategies, rationale, and deliverables effectively to client and internal stakeholders.</li><li>
Contribute to the evolution of the organization&rsquo;s design standards, systems, and best practices.</li><li>
Leverage AI-driven design tools and emerging technologies to enhance design productivity and innovation.</li><li>
Stay current with design trends, UX research methodologies, and accessibility standards to continuously raise the quality bar.</li></ul><div></div><div>
Required Skills &amp; Competencies</div><ul><li><b>
Design Tools:</b> Figma (primary), Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop proficient in end-to-end design workflows.</li><li><b>
AI &amp; Emerging Tools:</b> Strong awareness or hands-on experience with AI-powered design platforms (e.g., Galileo AI, Uizard, Figma AI, etc.).</li><li>
Deep understanding of <b>user-centered design principles</b>, <b>interaction design</b>, <b>information architecture</b>, and <b>responsive design systems</b>.</li><li>
Proven ability to collaborate in agile environments and translate business needs into creative design strategies.</li><li>
Strong visual design sensibility with meticulous attention to detail and consistency.</li><li>
Excellent communication, client interfacing, and presentation skills ability to articulate design decisions clearly.</li><li>
Experience designing across diverse sectors (e.g., BFSI, Retail, Healthcare, SaaS, or Non-Profit) is a strong plus.</li></ul><div></div><div>
Preferred Qualifications</div><ul><li>
Bachelor&rsquo;s or Master&rsquo;s degree in Design, HCI, Fine Arts, or a related discipline.</li><li>
Prior experience in a <b>global IT services or consulting environment</b> is advantageous.</li><li>
Familiarity with usability testing, heuristic evaluations, and analytics-based design improvements.</li></ul><div></div><div>
