 THE ROLE
 
 
 
 The firm is seeking an
 
 Office Manager
 
 to oversee the daily operations of the NYC office and deliver a seamless, white‑glove employee experience. This is a
 
 high‑visibility, relationship‑driven
 
 role partnering closely with senior leadership and global teams.
 
 
 
 Key duties include:
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Leading and developing a small receptionist team
 </li>
 <li>
 Overseeing day‑to‑day office operations, vendors, and conference optimization
 </li>
 <li>
 Ensuring health &amp; safety compliance
 </li>
 <li>
 Supporting ESG initiatives and maintaining carbon reporting
 </li>
 <li>
 Handling office projects including fit‑outs, refurbishments, and moves
 </li>
 <li>
 Acting as the NYC liaison for London/global leadership
 </li>
 <li>
 Delivering a proactive, polished service experience for all stakeholders
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 
 
 
 THE CANDIDATE
 
 
 
 The ideal candidate is polished, proactive, and thrives in a fast‑paced, high‑performance environment. This person enjoys being at the center of a business and brings a thoughtful, collaborative approach.
 
 
 
 Requirements:
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 10+ years&rsquo; experience in office operations or office management
 </li>
 <li>
 Experience working in financial services
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong communicator comfortable with navigating ambiguity
 </li>
 <li>
 Highly organized, solutions-focused, and team‑oriented
 </li>
 <li>
 Tech‑savvy; Microsoft Suite proficiency required
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 
 
 
 THE COMP/BENEFITS

 $160 - $180k base salary
 
 </li>
 <li>
 
 Hybrid 4/1 schedule
