</div><div>As a Total Rewards Coordinator, this role plays a critical role in the operations of the organization&rsquo;s Total Rewards strategy. This role supports the organization&rsquo;s total rewards plans and programs, which may include health and welfare plans, retirement plans, leave policies, paid time off plans, wellness programs, and voluntary benefits policies and/or compensation programs for US and International employees. Incumbents will ensure compliance with all Federal, State, and Local benefit and/or compensation laws. Incumbents will also provide analytical and administrative support and may recommend program enhancements.</div>
<div></div><div><b>YOU WILL:</b></div>
<ul><li><b>Support Day-to-Day Total Rewards Programs.</b> Support the daily administration of compensation and benefits programs for employees. Provide support to employees, managers, HR partners, process and/or troubleshoot program eligibility, enrollment, and other issues that arise. Triage issues as needed. Ensure accurate documentation and administration processing of Total Rewards programs.</li>
<li><b>Administer and Support Annual Cycles.</b> Administer US and Global compensation programs to execute routine base pay changes. Assist with the planning and execution of annual/quarterly and other incentive plans, including sales incentive payment process and special incentive programs.</li>
<li><b>Support Strategic Initiatives. </b>Conduct Total Rewards analytics and reporting, providing insights and recommendations to leadership. Analyzes trends and costs to make and implement recommendations. Assist with Total Rewards program budgets.</li>
<li><b>Maintain System Integrity.</b> Ensure accurate data entry and integrity within the HRIS related to compensation and benefits systems. Maintain job description database. Maintain and Audit Benefits &amp; Compensation data in HRIS systems.</li>
<li><b>Develop Program Communications.</b> Create communications and trainings for Total Rewards programs including annual enrollment, retirement, merit and bonus cycles.</li>
<li><b>Conduct Compensation Evaluations.</b> Assist with review of job duties, job and market analysis, develop recommendations for grade assignment, FLSA status and incentive eligibility.</li>
<li><b>Participate in Surveys &amp; Benchmarking.</b> Submit data to third-party surveys and use insights to inform compensation strategies.</li>
<li><b>Ensure Compliance.</b> Participates in the development of the Total Rewards strategy aligned with the organization&rsquo;s business strategy in compliance with legislative and regulatory requirements. Support compliance activities related to compensation and benefits administration: 5500 reporting, NDT, ACA, FLSA, Minimum Wage Reviews, etc. Maintains current and accurate program documentation, assist with filing deadlines, and ensures program compliance with applicable regulations: Plan/Program Documents, SBCs, enrollment guides, Summary Annual Reports, Anti-discrimination testing, 5500 reports, audits, etc.</li>
<li><b>Support Other Projects.</b> Support the broader Total Rewards team in other total rewards programs and HR systems, serving as a back up to others on the team. Support other project as needed.</li>

<div></div><div><div><b>YOU HAVE:</b></div>
<ul><li><div><b>Education &amp; Experience. </b>4-year degree with 2 years of experience (or equivalent combination) in an HR or Total Rewards function.</div>
</li><li><div><b>Technical Skills. </b>Strong proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint. Preferred experience working with ADP Workforce Now.</div>
</li><li><div><b>Analytical Strength. </b>Strong analytical skills, problem-solving, organizational skills, and detail orientated</div>
</li><li><div><b>Total Rewards Knowledge. </b>Knowledge of total rewards &ndash; compensation, benefits and/or time off plans/regulations. Preferred strong business acumen.</div>
</li><li><div><b>Strong Project &amp; Time Management. </b>Ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and ensure accuracy in all deliverables.</div>
</li><li><div><b>Confidentiality. </b>Capable of managing sensitive and confidential data with professionalism.</div>
</li><li><div><b>Collaboration &amp; Customer Service.</b> Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively with employees at all levels.</div>

<div></div><div>Our Maintenance Inventory Clerk is responsible for supporting the maintenance team and stockroom operations by helping with the organization, tracking and distribution of maintenance parts and materials stored in the parts cage. This role ensures the accurate inventory control, timely availability of parts for maintenance activities, and adherence to safety and storage protocols.<br>

This position communicates and collaborates with the maintenance team, technicians and inventory coordinator to ensure appropriate supplies, accurate records, proper documentation, compliance with inventory procedures, and support for planned and emergency requests. They may be assigned other duties and responsibilities, as needed.</div>
<div></div><div><b>YOU HAVE:</b></div>
<div></div><ul><li><b>Education: </b>High School Diploma or GED.</li>
<li><b>Experience: </b>2+ years of experience in a parts room, warehouse, or inventory control role in a manufacturing or production environment.</li>
<li><b>Technical Proficiency: </b>Excellent computer skills in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, Power Point &amp; Outlook).</li>
<li><b>Basic Mechanical Know-How: </b>You can tell the difference between a bearing and a belt, and you are comfortable talking shop with the maintenance team about industrial parts, tools and equipment.</li>
<li><b>Detail-Oriented: </b>You notice the small things - like missing labels or wrong part numbers, and fix them before they become problems.</li>
<li><b>Organizational Skills: </b>You know where everything is and you keep the storeroom clean, labeled and efficient, for quick access and streamlined operations.</li>
<li><b>Inventory Management: </b>Ability to maintain inventory control processes, including cycle counts, entering data, running reports and stock rotation.</li>
<li><b>Effective Communication Skills: </b>Clearly interacts with maintenance technicians, vendors, and purchasing staff to facilitate parts fulfillment and accurate inventory.</li>
<li><b>Problem-Solving Abilities: </b>Capable of identifying and resolving inventory discrepancies, supply delays, or missing parts.</li>
<li><b>Collaborative Mindset: </b>Excels as a team player and interacts positively with other team members across the plant. Able to follow and give both written and verbal instructions, as we as capable of working effectively under the pressure of deadlines.</li>
<li><b>Dependable &amp; Self-Motivated: </b>Excellent attendance and performance record. Shows initiative and drive to complete tasks and achieve goals.</li>
<li><b>Physical Requirements: </b>Ability to lift and carry up to 60ls. Capable of operating a pallet jack and forklift.</li>
<li><b>Adaptable to Overtime &amp; Schedule Changes: </b>Willing to work flexible hours and overtime with short notice.</li>
<li><b>Preferred Skills: </b>Expertise using an inventory management system (CMMS or ERP Software). Knowledge of safety practices related to material handling and chemical storage. Previous Forklift and Pallet Jack experience. Understanding of Lean principles, 5S and storeroom best practices.</li>
