We are currently looking for a Color Shade Matcher based in Ras Al Khaimah, UAE.Responsibilities:&middot; Performing color matching tasks to ensure consistency and accuracy of colors&middot; Measuring and mixing pigments and dyes to achieve desired shades and hues&middot; Matching colors to customer specifications and samples&middot; Documenting and recording color formulas and mixing procedures&middot; Performing quality control checks on finished products to ensure color accuracy&middot; Collaborating with production and design teams to ensure consistency in color throughout the manufacturing process&middot; Keeping work area clean and organized&middot; Following safety protocols and guidelines while handling pigments and dyesQualifications:&middot; &middot; Attention to detail and ability to distinguish subtle differences in color shades.&middot; Knowledge of color theory and how different colors interact with each other.&middot; Experience in using color matching equipment and software.&middot; Ability to work effectively under pressure, meet deadlines and maintain accuracy.&middot; Good communication skills to liaise with different departments and clients.&middot; Physical dexterity and ability to perform repetitive motions for extended periods of time.&middot; Flexibility to work different shifts as required by the job.&middot; Willingness to learn and continually improve color matching skills and knowledge.Salary: AED 1500 &ndash; AED 2000 (based on candidate experience)Interested candidates are requested to send their latest and updated resumes to mastan@jotechgroup.comJob Types: Full-time, Contract, Permanent Contract length: 24 monthsPay: AED2,500.00 - AED3,000.00 per monthApplication Question(s):<ul><li>What are the basic colors of paint ?</li></ul>Experience:<ul><li>Shade Matching: 2 years (Required)</li></ul>
