 ABOUT THE ROLE
 
 
 
 
 
 
 We are looking for a
 
 Localization Manager
 
 to join our Localization Growth Team in our Ankara office, located at a relaxed fun environment in Hacettepe Teknokent
 
 
 
 
 
 
 Here&rsquo;s what you will be doing:
 
 
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Create and manage internal versions of localization project plans
 </li>
 <li>
 Identify and resolve localization issues or discrepancies, whether system or product, determine root cause, and implement corrective/preventive actions
 </li>
 <li>
 Develop project plans and workflows, manage time, budget, resources, and quality control
 </li>
 <li>
 Manage and successfully release high quality localized products in collaboration with key product teams
 </li>
 <li>
 Manage localization projects from start to finish in close collaboration with language specialists, product management and development, internal business partners, external vendors, and other departments
 </li>
 <li>
 Establish quality requirements and metrics for all types of content that need to be localized
 </li>
 <li>
 Document and optimize each step of the process
 </li>
 <li>
 Coordinate the internal localization process
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 
 
 
 Education &amp; Work Experience &amp; Technical Requirements:
 
 
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Bachelor's degree
 </li>
 <li>
 5+ years of experience in a localization management position
 </li>
 <li>
 Excellent command of written and spoken English
 </li>
 <li>
 Technical understanding and curiosity
 </li>
 <li>
 Ability to work in a fast-paced, demanding creative and production environment
 </li>
 <li>
 Support the team on more strategic issues, such as identifying growth opportunities in existing relationships
 </li>
 <li>
 Exceptional analytical skills
 </li>
 <li>
 Flexibility and ability to prioritize wisely in complex situations
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong team player in a multilingual/multicultural environment
 </li>
