<div>SUMMARY OF THE ROLE
In this role, you will manage and develop Jotun&rsquo;s retail concept by implementing initiatives towards customers in line with regional priorities and direction to support and enhance Jotun&rsquo;s brand and products presence in the marketplace. 
 
This role will report to marketing Manager and will be based in Lahore, Pakistan.
Responsibilities:<ul><li>
Establish and maintain the Jotun Shop Concept standard by monitoring the implementation of new shops and evaluating existing shops according to the regional guidelines in order to sustain Jotun's brand image in the market and provide customers with an exceptional experience.</li><li>
Develop and maintain promotional activities by monitoring regional programs (Master Painter, Loyalty Program, and Premiere League) and planning exhibitions, events, and seminars for end users, interior designers, and fresh graduates to increase sales, Jotun brand awareness, and footfall on our shop network.</li><li>
Coordinate with the regional retail development team to develop and implement regional promotional programs and projects in the local market.</li><li>
Develop and oversee all retail development training programs by monitoring and following up on the &ldquo;Jotun Way,&rdquo; &ldquo;Paint Academy,&rdquo; and &ldquo;Introduction to Jotun&rdquo; seminars in order to provide the best customer experience.</li><li>
Conduct regular market visits and lead market evaluation on successful implementation of Retail Programs in the local market.</li></ul>

Must hold a bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Marketing or in related field from a reputable university</li><li>
3+ years of experience in relevant field preferably in Trade Marketing</li><li>
Strong event management and planning skills with a sharp creative acumen</li><li>
High Level Microsoft Office Skills (Excel and PowerPoint)</li></ul>

Retail Marketing Specialist

<div>SUMMARY OF THE ROLE
In this role, you will support effective implementation of marketing strategies through analyzing market insights and plans, interacting with internal and external stakeholders, coordinating and executing promotional activities and product positioning in line with region and/or segment direction in order to support sales growth targets and enhance brand awareness. 
This role will report to Marketing Manager and will be based in Lahore, Pakistan.
Responsibilities:<ul><li>
Support the development and implementation of marketing plans</li><li>
Manage and execute communication on relevant digital and social media, including company websites and intranet sites</li><li>
Secure local implementation of concepts, product or brand strategies as well as targeted campaigns and launches</li><li>
Assist in creating localised brand campaigns and activities</li><li>
Responsible for the implementation of local promotional programs</li><li>
Responsible for providing market data for analyzing sales performance and product positioning</li><li>
Liaison with the creative and digital agency</li><li>

Marketing Executive

<div>SUMMARY OF THE ROLE
Jotun Egypt is looking for a talented Sales Executive to join our Decorative retail Sales team in the Red Sea area. 
 
In this role, you will play a crucial part in managing projects across the Red Sea area, while promoting and selling our product range to both existing and new key customers. You will have the opportunity to build strong customer relationships, capitalize on market potential, and effectively handle both sales and technical inquiries. Your contributions will support the achievement of our targets related to sales, gross margin, Days Sales Outstanding (DSO), and customer satisfaction. 
 
This position will be based in Hurghada and will report to the Area Sales Manager - East Area.
Responsibilities:<ul><li>
Manage key accounts, conduct market visits, and track new projects to achieve sales targets and drive business growth.</li><li>
Monitor and influence key projects to ensure Jotun products are specified and used while maintaining strong customer relationships.</li><li>
To follow up and monitor Key Dealers/Projects closely by ensuring Jotun&rsquo;s products are used to achieve the targeted sales budget</li><li>
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure high-quality service and support.</li><li>
Generate new business by analyzing market trends, visiting potential customers, and responding quickly to quotations and inquiries.</li><li>
Co-ordinate with internal departments like Customer Service, Marketing, and Production to ensure high-quality service is provided</li></ul>

Requirements:<ul><li>
Bachelor's degree in related field, (Engineering is a plus)</li><li>
3+ years of experience in sales is a Must.</li><li>
Relevant experience in retail and handling projects is preferred.</li><li>
Red Sea residents are preferred.</li><li>
Should be able to communicate in English and Arabic.</li></ul>
