<div>SUMMARY OF THE ROLE
We are looking for a Raw Material Warehouse Supervisor to plan, organize, and oversee raw material warehouse operations, ensuring efficient and safe processes in line with HSEQ requirements and service targets. 
 
This position will be based in Muscat, Oman, and will report to the Warehouse and Logistics Manager
Responsibilities:
<ul><li>Own end-to-end raw material warehouse operations, including receiving, COA verification, safe storage, stock counting, and timely material supply to production, while ensuring FEFO compliance and material integrity across all storage and return processes.</li><li>
Ensure system and physical stock alignment and full accountability for data accuracy and inventory integrity, through accurate and timely IFS postings, MRP-relevant controls, and strict unit of measure (UOM) accuracy.</li><li>
Drive inventory accuracy and bulk/tank material control, including cycle counts, tank reconciliation, variance investigation, disposal posting, hygiene controls, and prevention of contamination or stock misclassification.</li><li>
Plan, coordinate, and control inbound and outbound material flows, working closely with planning, procurement, quality, and transport to minimize re-picking, open containers, delays, and unnecessary handling.</li><li>
Lead, supervise, and develop warehouse personnel, ensuring safe and efficient task execution, capability building through coaching and on-the-job training, and team readiness for operational and system changes.</li><li>
Ensure full HSEQ compliance and drive continuous improvement, by promoting a strong safety culture, encouraging near-miss reporting, leading A3 problem-solving, closing process gaps, and supporting layout and ergonomic optimization through cross-functional collaboration.</li></ul>
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR AND WHAT WE OFFER
We are looking for:<ul><li>
Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, or a related field.</li><li>
Minimum 2 years of experience in warehouse or logistics operations, preferably within a manufacturing or industrial environment, with supervisory exposure.</li><li>
Practical experience in raw and packaging material handling, inventory control (FEFO, cycle counting), and use of ERP systems for stock posting and reporting.</li><li>
Good understanding of HSEQ requirements, including working with Certificates of Analysis (COA) and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)</li><li>
Ability to communicate effectively in English and Arabic</li><li><div>
This position is open to Omani nationals in line with Omanization requirements.</div></li></ul>

Raw Material Warehouse Supervisor

<div>SUMMARY OF THE ROLE
As Technical Advisor, you will be responsible for supervising ongoing painting works of projects to ensure the right product and correct usage of the finished coating to achieve the performance as recommended in Jotun's technical data sheets and method of statement. 
 
This position is based in Riyadh and reports to the Senior Technical Advisor.
Responsibilities:<ul><li>
Inspect and prepare concrete with correct surface preparation for coating application, along with the use of specialized tools such as Captive Blasting, shot blasters, scarifiers, or power washers as per standard profiles and cleanliness standards (e.g., SSPC, ASTM)</li><li>
Supervise and advise applicators on proper product applications, on-site assessment, inspection, and reporting on painting activities for Decorative as well as Floor coating products to ensure that painting jobs are carried out according to specifications and procedures.</li><li>
Conduct site-based inspection and quality control tests, including film thickness checks, adhesion tests, and visual assessments to verify application quality and troubleshoot any surface or performance issues proactively. Ensure on-site testing according to specifications to meet the required quality.</li><li>
Engaging with contractors and floor coating applicators to develop and expand a qualified applicator network by training and certifying them as authorized Jotun floor coating applicators. Liaise with QC Lab on product troubleshooting to ensure proper recommendations are provided to customers.</li><li>
Delivering product training sessions for internal teams and customers to enhance their knowledge, skills, and overall competency in Floor coating product application and performance, and adhere to Jotun&rsquo;s HSEQ (Health, Safety, Environment, and Quality) standards, ensuring consistent use of personal protective equipment (PPE) and safe handling of all hazardous materials, in full compliance with workplace and environmental safety regulations.</li></ul>

Qualifications We are looking for:
<ul><li>Bachelor's degree in Paint Technology is preferred.</li><li>
4-5 years of relevant experience in Decorative Paint &amp; Floor Coating.</li><li>
Fluency in English, both verbal and written, speaking Arabic will be an advantage.</li></ul>

Technical Advisor

<div>SUMMARY OF THE ROLE
As a Sales Coordinator you will be responsible for providing administrative and sales support to the sales and marketing team by assisting with inter-department coordination, supporting the team with day-to-day sales transactions, and providing information when required to ensure that customers&rsquo; needs are met, and the department achieves its Key Performance Indicators (KPIs). 
 
The position is based in Jeddah and reports to the Area Sales Manager - Projects.
Responsibilities:<ul><li>
Provide administration and support to the sales team by assisting with daily related Project &amp; Retail sales activities, handling paperwork, proposals and quotations, tenders, bids, and ad hoc duties to ensure efficient sales support is provided for optimum sales results.</li><li>
Support sales staff by following up on DSO (Days Sales Outstanding) collection so that Jotun&rsquo;s liquidity remains balanced.</li><li>
Coordinate between the Sales Manager, sales personnel, and other internal stakeholders by assisting with communicating and disseminating relevant information.</li><li>
Convey any received external inquiries and information effectively.</li><li>
Coordinate with Customer Service on price variations, customer inquiries, etc., and assist in updating the system price</li></ul>
