<div>SUMMARY OF THE ROLE
As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for supporting the sales manager in promoting and selling Performance Coatings products to new/existing customers by developing strong customer relationships, utilizing Jotun sales tools and techniques 
 
This position is based at Dammam &amp; will report to the Customer Group Manager (Yard, Fabricator &amp; Applicator).
Responsibilities:<ul><li>
Support the Sales manager to achieve sales targets by managing relationships with customers and pursuing profitable growth opportunities in assigned customer accounts, thereby contributing to the sales turnover.</li><li>
Support developing customer account plans for all assigned customers by identifying the relevant customer needs, prioritizing initiatives and company resources to meet customers&rsquo; needs, and maintaining high customer satisfaction.</li><li>
Monitor the progress of projects, deliveries, or accounts closely with customers and contractors, resolving problems, responding to queries (technical and commercial).</li><li>
Promote products, services, and solutions to owners and consultants through regular visits, product presentations, and follow-ups, and respond to inquiries, thus creating sales opportunities for the company.</li><li>
Monitor collections to ensure customer payment is received within an agreed term to achieve budgeted days outstanding and meet personal sales and contribution targets,</li><li>
Prepares and delivers presentations and proposals to win new business and increase sales turnover and profitability with existing customers. Assists with securing orders for larger projects in conjunction with others.</li></ul>

Qualifications:<ul><li>
Bachelor's degree in Sales or Civil / Mechanical Engineering is preferred.</li><li>
1 to 3 years of relevant experience in Performance Coating &amp; business development.</li><li>
Fluency in English and Arabic, verbal and written</li></ul>
