A Hospice Administrator plays a key leadership role in managing and overseeing all operations of a hospice organization.Skills &amp; Qualifications<ul><li>Experience in hospice management (Minimum 2 years)</li><li>MUST BE FAMILIAR WITH HOSPICEMD AND HOPE</li><li>Directs and supervises all hospice operations, including clinical, administrative, and support services.</li><li>Provides leadership and direction to nursing, social work, bereavement, and volunteer teams.</li><li>Oversees audits, inspections, and surveys by accrediting agencies.</li><li>Recruits, hires, trains, and evaluates staff.</li><li>Addresses performance issues and ensures staffing meets patient care needs.</li><li>Strong understanding of hospice regulations (Medicare Conditions of Participation).</li><li>Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.</li><li>Financial acumen and experience managing budgets.</li><li>Compassionate approach and commitment to hospice philosophy of care.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: $30.00 - $33.00 per hourBenefits:<ul><li>Paid time off</li></ul>Ability to Commute:<ul><li>Burbank, CA 91501 (Required)</li></ul>Ability to Relocate:<ul><li>Burbank, CA 91501: Relocate before starting work (Required)</li></ul>Work Location: In person
