You will NOT be responsible for strategy, copywriting, or design. Instead, you&rsquo;ll take finalized briefs, approved content, and templates and accurately build, QA, and schedule campaigns in Klaviyo.This role is ideal for someone who enjoys structured workflows, checklists, and getting things right the first time.This is a part-time W-2, fully remote position with flexible hours (after initial onboarding and training).Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Build and schedule email campaigns in Klaviyo using finalized briefs, copy, links, and assets</li><li>Set up flows, segments, and campaign details following clear SOPs and instructions</li><li>Upload and place creative assets into existing Klaviyo templates</li><li>QA emails for: links and tracking; formatting and layout; mobile responsiveness; timing and segmentation</li><li>Double-check all work to ensure accuracy before send</li><li>Follow structured checklists to ensure nothing is missed</li><li>Flag missing information or inconsistencies before building</li></ul>This Role Is NOT<ul><li>A strategy role</li><li>A copywriting role</li><li>A design role</li><li>A client-facing role</li><li>A role where you interpret unclear direction</li></ul>You will be working from clear instructions and finalized assets.If something is unclear, the expectation is to ask or escalate - not guess.Who This Is Perfect For<ul><li>You love checklists, SOPs, and structured workflows</li><li>You naturally double-check your work before submitting</li><li>You catch small errors others miss</li><li>You prefer execution over strategy</li><li>You are reliable, responsive, and consistent</li></ul>Requirements<ul><li>Experience working with Klaviyo (campaigns, flows, or templates)</li><li>Familiarity with slicing email assets from Figma or working with pre-designed email layouts</li><li>Strong attention to detail - precision is critical</li><li>Ability to follow instructions exactly and consistently</li><li>Strong written English communication</li><li>Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines</li><li>Familiarity with email QA fundamentals, including checking formatting, links, mobile responsiveness, and catching obvious rendering issues</li><li>Basic familiarity with email UX best practices and knowing when to flag a layout or rendering concern for review</li><li>Familiarity with Slack, Asana, Notion and other collaboration tools</li></ul>Nice to Have (Not Required)<ul><li>Experience with ecommerce brands</li><li>Basic HTML/CSS understanding for email troubleshooting</li><li>Familiarity with other ESPs (Omnisend, MailerLite, Mailchimp)</li></ul>Benefits and Compensation<ul><li>Part-time W-2 employment</li><li>$25/hour, approximately 15&ndash;20 hours per week</li><li>Flexible work schedule after onboarding and training</li><li>Fully remote - work from anywhere in the US</li><li>Opportunity to support fun, product-based ecommerce brands</li><li>Collaborative, creative, and fast-moving agency environment</li></ul>APPLY NOW at https://joyjoya.com/jobsPay: $25.00 per hourBenefits:<ul><li>Flexible schedule</li><li>Work from home</li></ul>Work Location: Remote
