Location: Rancho Cucamonga, California (Hybrid)Job Type: Full-timeJob Description:We are looking for a passionate Sales Coordinator to join our sales team in the toy, holiday product, Apparel, Party supplies and Home Decor categories. You will work closely with executive team to perform daily sales operations on our wholesale and dropship accounts. You would also work closely with product team &amp; marketing team to prepare for pitching materials for our new accounts. The ideal candidate should be fluent in Mandarin and have an enthusiasm for toys and holiday products.Responsibilities:&middot; Learn all relevant product knowledge &amp; branding guidelines to tailor pitches to buyers&middot; Provide excellent customer service to our wholesale clients via phone and email.&middot; Communicate with customers to determine their needs and recommend products accordingly.&middot; Manage and update customer accounts and orders in our system.&middot; Assist in the preparation of sales reports and analysis.&middot; Participate in trade shows and events to showcase our products and services.&middot; Coordinate with the logistics team to ensure timely delivery of orders.&middot; Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitive landscape.&middot; Support the sales team with other duties as assigned.Requirements:&middot; Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field preferred.&middot; Fluency in Mandarin and English required.&middot; 1-2 years of sales experience in the toy and/or holiday product industry preferred.&middot; Strong communication and interpersonal skills.&middot; Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.&middot; Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.&middot; Ability to travel occasionally for trade shows and events.&middot; Must be authorized to work in the United States.Benefits:&middot; 401(k)&middot; 401(k) matching&middot; Medical insurance&middot; Life insurance&middot; Dental insurance&middot; Vision insurance&middot; Paid time off&middot; Employee discount&middot; Health insurancePay types:&middot; Base pay&middot; Bonus payWe offer a competitive salary, health benefits, and a friendly work environment.
