We started with a core business plan that remains unchanged today: serve your customers well, treat your employees as family, and work hard.Come Join Our Family!Our Corporate Office, located in Audubon, PA, is currently searching for a detail-oriented and proactive Legal Assistant to support two busy litigators &ndash; one focused on personal injury defense and the other on Pennsylvania Workers' Compensation defense &ndash; as well as an additional attorney focused on transactional work. The ideal candidate will be organized, responsive, and capable of managing a fast-paced litigation practice. Prior experience in a legal setting is required, and paralegal experience is a strong plus.Required Submissions:<ul><li>Cover letter</li><li>R&eacute;sum&eacute;</li></ul>What You Will Do:<ul><li>Draft, proofread, and file legal documents including pleadings, discovery, and correspondence</li><li>Manage attorney calendars, court deadlines, and scheduling of depositions, hearings, and meetings</li><li>Organize and maintain case files, both physical and electronic</li><li>Communicate with clients, court personnel, and opposing counsel</li><li>Assist with trial preparation and document production</li><li>Perform legal research and summarize findings (if experienced)</li><li>Additional job duties and special projects assigned.</li></ul>You Have/Are:<ul><li>2+ years of experience as a legal assistant or in a similar legal support role</li><li>Familiarity with Pennsylvania court systems and e-filing procedures, including WCAIS</li><li>Strong organizational and time-management skills</li><li>Excellent written and verbal communication</li><li>Proficiency in Microsoft Office</li><li>The ability to work both independently and as part of a team</li></ul>We Prefer You Have:<ul><li>Prior work in personal injury and/or workers' compensation defense</li><li>Experience supporting multiple attorneys</li><li>Paralegal experience or a paralegal degree or certificate</li></ul>We Offer:<ul><li>Competitive base salary (commensurate with experience)</li><li>Performance-based bonus opportunities.</li><li>Comprehensive benefits package (health, dental, vision, 401(k), etc.)</li><li>CLE and bar dues reimbursement</li><li>Professional development support</li><li>A friendly, collaborative environment</li></ul>For over 40 years, our motto has been &quot;If it's service, it's us.&quot; We cannot meet the goals of our company if we do not satisfy our customers&rsquo; needs first.
