Job Description<ul><li>Monitor legal changes that affect the organization.</li></ul><ul><li>Communicate and negotiate with external parties (e.g. regulators / local authorities, external counsel, etc) and adherence to deadlines in relation to these relationships</li></ul><ul><li>Draft, review and approve agreements, contracts, policies and other legal documents across the business to ensure organizations' rights and interests are protected</li></ul><ul><li>Implementation of documentation and legal process relevant to the functionality of the organization.</li></ul><ul><li>Creating processes for smooth running of the organization wherever required.</li></ul><ul><li>Maintain current knowledge of amendments of legislation relevant to the organizations' business in jurisdictions where the organization operates, including preparing training materials and implementing internal processes.</li></ul><ul><li>Work alongside other functions and departments within the Organization to provide accurate and timely advice on various legal topics.</li></ul><ul><li>Develop a curriculum to convey legal matters to employees.</li></ul>Requirements<ul><li>Qualifications &ndash; BA LLB/LLM</li></ul><ul><li>Excellent knowledge of corporate law and procedure</li></ul><ul><li>Organisation skills</li></ul><ul><li>Excellent legal drafting and communications skills and proficiency in English and other languages (written &amp; spoken)</li></ul><ul><li>Investigative skills</li></ul><ul><li>Excellent time management and prioritisation skills, managing deadlines to meet stakeholders&rsquo; expectations</li></ul><ul><li>Enthusiastic and Eager to learn</li></ul><ul><li>Sound judgment and ability to analyse situations, facts and information, and full comprehension of the external environment which influences the Company&rsquo;s business operations</li></ul><ul><li>Negotiating skills</li></ul><ul><li>Strong interpersonal and presentation skills with effective communication at all levels of the organization and the ability to maintain strong relationships within various functions</li></ul><ul><li>Tech-Savvy</li></ul><ul><li>Ability to work under pressure</li></ul>Skill setLegal Advisory, Legal administration, Communication, Legal compliance, Legal documentationsJob Types: Full-time, PermanentPay: &#8377;20,000.00 - &#8377;35,000.00 per monthBenefits:<ul><li>Health insurance</li></ul>Work Location: In person
