Experience of 10+ years in application development and database management is required. Experience supporting Department of Homeland Security (DHS) or U.S. Coast Guard programs is preferred.</p><p>

Responsibilities Include:</b></p><ul><li>
Expertise (Civil Engineering, Cybersecurity) on data management, strategic priorities, and cyber strategy.</li><li>
Provide technical development and implementation support for Civil Engineering and/or mission support processes through Power Platform workflow development, process automation, data management, application strategy, and Machine Learning enablement.</li><li>
Provide support to include maturing the current technical design approach, documenting functional specifications (e.g., governance, permission groups, workflows, standard coding, etc.), maintaining databases, training content and lessons learned.</li><li>
Provide recommendations for innovative process updates , if identified, to combine disparate processes where applicable.</li><li>
Provide technical coding, implementation, development, training, and stakeholder enablement for modernized project prioritization efforts.</li><li>
Provide support to sustain and maintain mobile applications, dashboards, databases, process automations, Application Programming Interface, automated workflows, Power Queries, chatbots developed on Power Platform.</li></ul>
Requirements:
<ul><li> BA or BS in Management, Engineering, or Business/Financial/IT related field</li><li>
Technical development certification: CompTIA or equivalent/similar IT certification</li><li>
An active PMP certification</li><li>
10+ years of application development and database management experience</li><li>
5+ years automation, and dashboard development experience.</li><li>
This experience may overlap with application development and database management experience.</li><li>
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.</li><li>
Ability to work independently and collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams.</li></ul><p><b>

The Marketing &amp; Communications Intern will support JPI&rsquo;s corporate communications, digital presence, and brand marketing initiatives. This role plays an important part in developing marketing collateral, supporting media and industry engagement, and assisting with internal and external events. The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, and eager to gain hands-on experience across a wide spectrum of marketing and communications work.<br>

Essential Functions &amp; Responsibilities</div><div></div><div>
 Marketing Collateral</div><ul><li><div>
Assist in maintaining and implementing the company Brand Strategy and Style Guide.</div></li><li><div>
Support the creation of marketing collateral, including presentations, flyers, decks, and branded materials.</div></li><li><div>
Contribute to photography, videography, and graphic design needs across projects.</div></li></ul><div></div><div>
Digital Presence</div><ul><li><div>
Assist in the maintenance and content updates of the JPI website (WordPress).</div></li><li><div>
Support JPI&rsquo;s social media content planning, scheduling, and engagement.</div></li><li><div>
Help coordinate executive social media participation, including drafting posts and preparing suggested content.</div></li></ul><div></div><div>
Media Participation</div><ul><li><div>
Support media monitoring efforts and compile regular media analysis reports.</div></li><li><div>
Assist with drafting and editing press releases, media statements, and op-eds.</div></li><li><div>

Conduct research on industry publications, awards, and recognition opportunities.</div></li><li><div>

General Base Pay Range</i></div><div><i>
