Key Responsibilities
HR Data &amp; Reporting<ul><li>Maintain and ensure accuracy of employee data across global HR systems.</li><li>Develop and deliver recurring and ad hoc reports on key HR metrics (e.g., headcount, turnover, diversity, performance).</li><li>Partner with People Analytics and HR leadership to translate data into actionable insights.</li><li>Conduct audits to ensure data quality, consistency, and compliance with privacy regulations.</li></ul>
HRIS System Support<ul><li>Assist in the configuration, testing, and deployment of HRIS enhancements and updates.</li><li>Support global HRIS platforms (e.g., Workday, Oracle, SAP SuccessFactors) including user access, workflows, and integrations.</li><li>Collaborate with IT and HR stakeholders to troubleshoot system issues and implement improvements.</li><li>Document and maintain HRIS processes, data dictionaries, and training materials.</li></ul>
Global Collaboration<ul><li>Work closely with regional HR teams to understand local requirements and ensure system alignment.</li><li>Participate in global HRIS projects including system upgrades, new module rollouts, and M&amp;A integrations.</li><li>Ensure compliance with international data protection laws and HR technology standards.</li></ul> 
Qualifications<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, Business, or related field.</li><li>3+ years of experience in HR data reporting and HRIS system support.</li><li>Proficiency in Excel, HR reporting tools, and familiarity with HRIS platforms (Workday, Oracle, SAP, etc.).</li><li>Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.</li><li>Excellent communication and collaboration skills across global teams.</li></ul> 
Preferred Skills<ul><li>Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).</li><li>Knowledge of GDPR and other global data privacy regulations.</li><li>Project management experience in HR tech implementations.</li></ul>
