How You&rsquo;ll Make an Impact:
Operational HR Leadership<ul><li>
Provide strategic HR guidance on business unit restructuring, workforce planning, and succession planning.</li><li>
Partner with management to align HR strategies with business goals.</li><li>
Analyze HR trends and metrics to develop proactive solutions, programs, and policies.</li><li>
Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements in all HR practices.</li></ul>
Employee Relations &amp; Performance Management<ul><li>
Manage and resolve complex employee relations issues with professionalism and objectivity.</li><li>
Conduct thorough investigations and provide performance management coaching to leaders.</li><li>
Foster a positive work environment that enhances morale, productivity, and retention.</li><li>
Guide managers on effective documentation and consistent performance criteria.</li></ul>
Talent Development &amp; Acquisition<ul><li>
Collaborate with Talent Acquisition to attract and retain top talent.</li><li>
Identify training needs and support executive coaching initiatives.</li><li>
Evaluate and monitor training programs to ensure effectiveness and alignment with business goals.</li></ul>
Functional HR Leadership
<ul><li>Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with organizational transformation.</li><li>
Promote a culture of engagement, motivation, and continuous improvement.</li></ul>

What You&rsquo;ll Bring:
<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Human Resources, Business or related field OR equivalent experience, calculated as two (2) years of relevant work experience for each year of academic study.</li><li>
7-10 years of HR Generalist experience, preferably in automation or automotive environments with at least 3 years of experience leading team(s) or managing human resources responsibilities.</li><li>
Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and projects.</li><li>
Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to influence at all levels.</li></ul>
