Job Summary:We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Purchase Manager to oversee the procurement of materials, equipment, and services essential for the company&rsquo;s operations. The ideal candidate will manage vendor relations, negotiate contracts, and ensure cost-effective purchasing without compromising on quality or timelines.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Develop and implement effective procurement strategies and policies.</li><li>Identify, evaluate, and manage suppliers and vendors for timely delivery of materials.</li><li>Negotiate pricing, payment terms, and contracts to achieve cost savings and quality standards.</li><li>Prepare and process purchase orders, quotations, and comparative statements.</li><li>Coordinate with accounts, store, and project teams to ensure accurate inventory and smooth operations.</li><li>Monitor market trends and identify new suppliers to optimize cost and quality.</li><li>Maintain proper documentation for all purchases and supplier agreements.</li><li>Ensure compliance with company policies, audit standards, and statutory requirements.</li><li>Track and report key functional metrics to reduce expenses and improve effectiveness.</li></ul>Required Skills &amp; Qualifications:<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field.</li><li>3 to 7 years of experience in purchasing, procurement, or supply chain management.</li><li>Strong negotiation, analytical, and vendor management skills.</li><li>Proficiency in MS Office, ERP systems, and purchase management tools.</li><li>Excellent communication and organizational abilities.</li><li>Strong attention to detail with a proactive problem-solving approach.</li></ul>Added Advantage:<ul><li>Experience in technical procurement (Electrical / Solar ).</li><li>Knowledge of inventory control and logistics management systems.</li></ul>Contact us @ hr.jrtechlabs.comJob Types: Full-time, PermanentPay: &#8377;20,000.00 - &#8377;35,000.00 per monthBenefits:<ul><li>Health insurance</li><li>Provident Fund</li></ul>Work Location: In person
