Roles &amp; Responsibilities -<ul><li>Accounting &amp; Bookkeeping:</li><li>Maintain day-to-day accounting records in Tally ERP.</li><li>Record journal entries, bank transactions, and ledger postings.</li><li>Reconcile accounts, bank statements, and financial data.</li><li>GST Compliance:</li><li>Prepare and file monthly/quarterly GST returns.</li><li>Ensure proper documentation and compliance with GST regulations.</li><li>Maintain records of GST invoices, input tax credit, and payments.</li><li>Income Tax &amp; Statutory Compliance:</li><li>Assist in preparation of TDS, IT Returns, and other statutory filings.</li><li>Support audits and provide required documentation.</li><li>Keep track of deadlines and ensure timely submission to authorities.</li><li>Payroll &amp; Employee Reimbursements:</li><li>Assist in payroll processing (PF, ESI, professional tax).</li><li>Maintain employee reimbursement records and verify supporting documents.</li><li>Reporting &amp; Analysis:</li><li>Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.</li><li>Assist in budget preparation and financial forecasting.</li><li>Generate reports in MS Excel (pivot tables, formulas, summaries) for management review.</li><li>Office Tools &amp; Documentation:</li><li>Prepare letters, reports, and internal communication using MS Word.</li><li>Use MS Excel for data analysis, reporting, and reconciliation.</li><li>Maintain fast and accurate typing skills</li></ul>Education :<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Commerce / Finance / Accounting (B.Com / M.Com ).</li></ul>Skills Required<ul><li>Tally ERP (or equivalent accounting software) &ndash; strong working knowledge.</li><li>Good understanding of GST, Income Tax, TDS, and other statutory compliance.</li><li>Proficient in MS Word and MS Excel (including formulas, pivot tables, and charts).</li><li>Typing speed: Minimum 35&ndash;40 words per minute.</li><li>Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and confidentiality.</li><li>Good communication and organizational skills.</li></ul>Experience:<ul><li>1&ndash;3 years of relevant experience in accounting, bookkeeping, and GST compliance.</li></ul>Job Types: Full-time, PermanentPay: &#8377;10,000.00 - &#8377;18,000.00 per monthBenefits:<ul><li>Leave encashment</li><li>Life insurance</li><li>Provident Fund</li></ul>Work Location: In personExpected Start Date: 10/09/2025
