Location: Dubai, UAE Company: Joga Ram Group of CompaniesAbout the Role: Joga Ram Group of Companies is looking for a dynamic HR Recruiter to join our HR team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling end-to-end recruitment for both blue-collar and white-collar positions, ensuring the right talent is sourced, screened, and onboarded efficiently.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Manage full-cycle recruitment for blue-collar and white-collar roles, from job posting to onboarding.</li><li>Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and professional networks.</li><li>Conduct initial screening, interviews, and shortlisting of candidates.</li><li>Coordinate with department heads to understand role requirements and job descriptions.</li><li>Maintain accurate recruitment records and candidate databases in the HR system.</li><li>Assist in employer branding activities and talent acquisition campaigns.</li><li>Prepare and send offer letters and employment contracts.</li><li>Ensure smooth onboarding process including orientation and documentation.</li><li>Track recruitment metrics such as time-to-fill, quality-of-hire, and cost-per-hire.</li><li>Stay updated with UAE labor laws and recruitment regulations.</li><li>Provide guidance to managers and team members on recruitment best practices.</li><li>Support HR projects related to workforce planning, retention, and engagement initiatives.</li></ul>Requirements:<ul><li>Minimum 2 years of proven experience in recruitment covering blue-collar and white-collar positions.</li><li>Strong knowledge of UAE labor laws and recruitment practices.</li><li>Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.</li><li>Ability to work independently and manage multiple openings simultaneously.</li><li>Proficiency in HRMS/ATS systems is a plus.</li></ul>Compensation:<ul><li>AED 4,000 &ndash; 4,500 per month</li></ul>Apply Here : https://erp.jrindustries.ae/hr-recruiterJob Type: Full-timePay: AED4,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person
