Job Title: LGSF Engineer ExperienceRequired: 7&ndash;8 Years experienceRole &amp; Responsibilities1. Project Planning &amp; Coordination<ul><li>Prepare and review LGSF structural drawings, shop drawings, and fabrication details.</li><li>Coordinate with architects, structural designers, and project managers to finalize design inputs.</li><li>Participate in project planning, scheduling, and resource allocation for LGSF works.</li></ul>2. Structural Design &amp; Technical Analysis<ul><li>Perform structural analysis for LGSF components such as studs, joists, tracks, and trusses.</li><li>Ensure designs comply with relevant codes (IS/BS/AISI) and project specifications.</li><li>Optimize steel usage while maintaining structural stability and cost efficiency.</li></ul>3. Fabrication &amp; Production Oversight<ul><li>Supervise LGSF panel fabrication activities in the factory.</li><li>Ensure accuracy in CNC machine operations, roll-forming processes, and panel assembly.</li><li>Conduct quality checks for raw materials, fabricated members, and finished panels.</li></ul>4. Site Execution &amp; Installation<ul><li>Lead the erection and installation of LGSF structures at site.</li><li>Monitor alignment, leveling, anchoring, and bracing during installation.</li><li>Resolve site-related technical issues and provide engineering solutions.</li></ul>5. Quality Control &amp; Compliance<ul><li>Implement QA/QC procedures for LGSF materials and installations.</li><li>Conduct inspections as per approved QAP/ITP.</li><li>Ensure adherence to safety standards, site protocols, and regulatory norms.</li></ul>6. Documentation &amp; Reporting<ul><li>Prepare daily/weekly progress reports, material consumption reports, and site logs.</li><li>Maintain updated documentation for design revisions, approvals, and as-built drawings.</li><li>Coordinate with clients for technical clarifications, inspections, and handovers.</li></ul>7. Team Management &amp; Coordination<ul><li>Guide junior engineers, supervisors, and technicians involved in LGSF works.</li><li>Conduct training on LGSF systems, safety, and installation best practices.</li><li>Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams for smooth workflow and timely project completion.</li></ul>8. Client &amp; Stakeholder Interaction<ul><li>Attend client meetings, technical discussions, and site reviews.</li><li>Provide expert inputs on LGSF system feasibility, advantages, and design options.</li><li>Handle client queries and ensure customer satisfaction through timely deliverables.</li></ul>Required Skills &amp; Competencies<ul><li>Strong knowledge of LGSF design principles, structural engineering basics, and load calculations.</li><li>Proficiency in software such as Frame CAD, STAAD Pro, AutoCAD, or similar tools.</li><li>Understanding of fabrication processes, roll-forming machines, and site installation methods.</li><li>Excellent coordination, problem-solving, and communication skills.</li><li>Ability to manage multiple projects and deliver within timelines.</li></ul>Job Types: Full-time, PermanentPay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per monthBenefits:<ul><li>Health insurance</li><li>Provident Fund</li></ul>Work Location: In person
