Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>3D Modeling &amp; Visualization: Develop high-quality 3D models and photorealistic renderings or animations from 2D designs.</li><li>Design Collaboration: Work closely with clients,architects, designers, and other team members to understand and refine design concepts and meet project requirements.</li><li>Technical Application: Apply sophisticated lighting, texturing, and material techniques to enhance realism in visuals.</li><li>Client &amp; Stakeholder Communication: Translate complex design ideas into clear visual presentations for clients and stakeholders.</li><li>Software Proficiency: Master 3D modeling and rendering software (e.g., 3ds Max, SketchUp, Blender), and potentially VR tools.</li><li>Project Management: Manage multiple projects, maintain detailed accuracy, and meet project deadlines in a fast-paced environment.</li><li>Continuous Learning: Stay informed about the latest advancements, software updates, and industry trends in 3D visualization.</li></ul>Required Skills<ul><li>Technical Skills: Proficiency in 3D modeling, texturing, and rendering software;strong understanding of lighting, materials, and camera angles.</li><li>Creative &amp; Artistic Talent: Innovative and artistic thinking to create compelling and unique visuals.</li><li>Attention to Detail: Meticulous attention to detail to ensure accuracy in all aspects of the visualization process.</li><li>Analytical Skills: Ability to interpret client plans and designs to guide visualization efforts.</li><li>Communication &amp; Collaboration: Strong communication skills to effectively convey work and collaborate with diverse teams and clients.</li><li>Time Management: Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize workload, and meet fixed deadlines.</li><li>Portfolio: A strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in creating visually captivating and realistic 3D renderings.</li><li>Brochure development and designing:</li><li>Design Execution:Using design software (like Canva,3dsMax,photoshop) to create visual elements, including layouts, graphics, illustrations, and images.</li><li>Collaboration:Working with clients, teams,to understand their needs, provide design solutions, and incorporate feedback.</li><li>Attention to Detail:Ensuring designs are visually appealing, well-structured, and effectively communicate the intended message.</li><li>Meeting Deadlines:Balancing multiple projects and meeting deadlines while maintaining high-quality work.</li><li>Staying Updated:Keeping abreast of design trends, software updates, and industry best practices.</li></ul>Job Types: Full-time, PermanentPay: &#8377;20,000.00 - &#8377;30,000.00 per monthEducation:<ul><li>Diploma (Preferred)</li></ul>Experience:<ul><li>total work: 1 year (Preferred)</li><li>Design: 1 year (Required)</li></ul>Work Location: In person
