Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and creative Social Media and Marketing Manager to lead our digital marketing efforts. This role involves developing and executing innovative social media strategies, managing brand presence across platforms, and leveraging analytics to optimize campaigns. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of digital marketing tools, content creation, and audience engagement to elevate our brand visibility and drive business growth.Duties<ul><li>Develop and implement comprehensive social media marketing strategies across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and others.</li><li>Create engaging content including graphics, videos, blog posts, and photography that align with brand voice and marketing goals.</li><li>Manage social listening tools to monitor brand reputation, industry trends, and customer feedback.</li><li>Utilize Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) for graphic design and visual content creation.</li><li>Schedule and publish posts using social media management tools like Hootsuite and Buffer.</li><li>Conduct keyword research and SEO optimization to increase organic reach and improve search engine rankings.</li><li>Analyze web analytics and social media metrics using Google Analytics and web analytics tools to measure campaign effectiveness.</li><li>Manage Facebook Advertising campaigns to target specific audiences effectively.</li><li>Maintain relationships with influencers, partners, and media outlets through public relations activities.</li><li>Oversee branding initiatives ensuring consistency across all digital channels.</li><li>Collaborate with the e-commerce team to promote products through targeted campaigns.</li><li>Proofread all content for accuracy, clarity, and brand consistency before publishing.</li><li>Stay updated on industry trends in digital marketing, social media management, and emerging technologies.</li></ul>Skills<ul><li>Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Creative Suite for graphic design and video editing.</li><li>Experience with social media management platforms such as Hootsuite and Buffer.</li><li>Strong knowledge of SEO best practices, keyword research, and web analytics including Google Analytics.</li><li>Expertise in social listening tools and social media marketing strategies.</li><li>Ability to create compelling content tailored for various platforms including photography and video editing skills.</li><li>Familiarity with Facebook Advertising and digital advertising campaigns.</li><li>Excellent proofreading skills with attention to detail.</li><li>Strong relationship management skills for influencer outreach and public relations efforts.</li><li>Knowledge of branding principles and e-commerce integration within digital marketing strategies.</li><li>Ability to analyze data insights to inform marketing decisions effectively.
