 Job Summary:

 Test Lead / Automation engineer leading the AI Scheduler testing effort. Job will consist of:
 </li>
 <li>
 Reporting and lead duties
 </li>
 <li>
 Developing and documenting test cases
 </li>
 <li>
 Reporting to Project and business owners
 </li>
 <li>
 Automation test development and execution
 </li>
 <li>
 Manual Testing
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 
 
 
 Essential Job Functions:
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Collaborates with the internal application teams to develop, recommend and implement test strategies which will include both manual and automated testing
 </li>
 <li>
 Create and execute detailed manual test cases from information as related to functional requirements and technical specifications documentation to assure quality and accuracy.
 </li>
 <li>
 Lead the creation of the appropriate Selenium automation scripts to facilitate testing across browsers and mobile devices
 </li>
 <li>
 Lead offshore resources both in automated and manual testing
 </li>
 <li>
 Use appropriate tools to test at both the UI and the API level
 </li>
 <li>
 Lead and oversee the triage of defects and issues.
 </li>
 <li>
 Participate in daily stand-ups with project team as part of the agile methodology.
 </li>
 <li>
 Create appropriate test cases within TestRail Test Management tool.
 </li>
 <li>
 Develop JIRA dashboards showing Testing progress
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 
 
 
 Other Responsibilities:

 <li>
 Maintain technology expertise, keeping current with evolving testing tools, techniques, and strategies to improve the overall testing efficiency, processes, and best practices.
 </li>
 <li>
 Maintain a focus on customer-service, efficiency, quality, and growth.
 </li>
 <li>
 Safeguard the company's assets.
 </li>
 <li>
 Adhere to the company's compliance program.
 </li>
 <li>
 Maintain comprehensive knowledge of industry standards, methodologies, processes, and best practices.
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 
 
 
 Minimum Qualifications and Job Requirements:
 
 
 
 Must have 5+ years of experience as QA test lead.
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Must have 2+ year of automation experience with Selenium
 </li>
 <li>
 Must have 2+ years of SQL experience
 </li>
 <li>
 Experience with BDD using Cucumber
 </li>
 <li>
 Experience coding in Java
 </li>
 <li>
 Ability to learn new technologies quickly
 </li>
 <li>
 Excellent problem-solving skills
 </li>
 <li>
 Knowledge of Jira
 </li>
 <li>
 Ability to handle multiple tasks/projects concurrently and meet deadlines.
 </li>
 <li>
 Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment. Expectations include a high level of initiative and a strong commitment to job knowledge, productivity, and attention to detail
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong verbal and written communication skills.
 </li>
 <li>
 Solid software engineering skills - participated in full lifecycle development on large projects.
 </li>
 <li>
 Must have the ability to self-manage and prioritize work schedule per business needs.
 </li>
