What You&rsquo;ll Be Doing:<ul><li>
Apartment Refresh &ndash; Repair surfaces, replace fixtures, test appliances, change HVAC filters, touch up flooring and carpet, and apply fresh paint to get apartments sparkling clean and move-in ready.</li><li>
Safety First &ndash; Keep a safe work environment for both residents and your team while following all company and industry safety standards.</li><li>
Pitch In &ndash; Support the maintenance team with ongoing repairs and property upkeep whenever needed.</li><li>
Resident-Friendly &ndash; Interact with residents in a friendly, professional way when you&rsquo;re working on-site.</li></ul>

Hands-On Experience &ndash; At least 1 year of general maintenance, handyman, or make-ready experience.</li><li>

Reliable &amp; Responsible &ndash; You show up on time, follow through on tasks, and own your work.</li><li>
Team Player &ndash; You&rsquo;re willing to jump in and help wherever needed.</li><li>
Valid Driver&rsquo;s License &ndash; For using company vehicles or picking up supplies off-site.</li></ul>
This is a full-time role for someone who takes pride in making apartments look and feel like home. To be eligible for holiday pay, employees must have completed 90 days of employment and worked the last scheduled day before and the first day after the holiday.

Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite or related software</li></ul><h2 class="jobSectionHeader">
Education and Experience</h2><ul><li>
A high school diploma or GED is required, and a minimum of 1 year of relevant work experience, preferably in property management or hospitality</li><li>
Prior experience in general building maintenance or painting in a commercial, residential environment preferred, including general handyman work, light carpentry, electrical, or plumbing</li><li>
Must be at least 18 years of age</li><li>
Valid driver&rsquo;s license to operate company-owned vehicles or to utilize own vehicle for work</li></ul><h2 class="jobSectionHeader">
Physical Requirements</h2><ul><li>
Expected work hours: 7:30 to 5:00, Monday through Friday, with occasional weekends</li><li>
Travel: Occasionally, may need to drive a company-owned or personal vehicle for business</li><li>
Work environment and physical demands:<ul><li>
Able to frequently lift or move items weighing up to 25 pounds; occasionally needs to lift or move items weighing up to 50 pounds</li><li>
Able to use hands to use and manipulate tools and objects or control equipment; adequate vision to do the same safely; stamina and dexterity</li><li>
Able to move about the property to perform assigned tasks and responsibilities, including standing for extended periods, walking, climbing stairs and ladders, stooping, kneeling, crouching, or crawling to perform functions in various weather conditions and variable climates</li></ul></li><li>
