 .
 
 
 
 Education &amp; Experience
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Business or related field (Master&rsquo;s preferred).
 </li>
 <li>
 Minimum 3 years of banking or related experience.
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong communication, stakeholder management, Excel, and presentation skills.
 </li>
 <li>
 Knowledge of standard banking policies &amp; procedures.
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 Key Responsibilities
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Lead
 
 Annual Product Program reviews
 
 for Auto Finance.
 </li>
 <li>
 Drive
 
 Annual Sales Budgeting
 
 in line with product strategy.
 </li>
 <li>
 Launch and manage
 
 new product variants
 
 from planning to rollout.
 </li>
 <li>
 Coordinate with stakeholders (IT, Marketing, Operations, CAD, etc.) for smooth execution.
 </li>
 <li>
 Develop acquisition avenues such as institutional sales, conventions &amp; digital sales.
 </li>
 <li>
 Monitor sales performance, application processing, TATs, and approval ratios.
 </li>
 <li>
 Conduct
 
 market research &amp; competitive analysis
 
 to maintain a market edge.
 </li>
 <li>
 Ensure
 
 customer complaints
 
 related to Auto Finance are closed within assigned TATs.
 </li>
 <li>
 Identify process gaps and support
 
 automation &amp; digitization initiatives
 
 .
 </li>
 <li>
 Collaborate on cross-functional and management-level projects as required.
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 Stakeholder Engagement
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 
 Internal:
 
 CIU, CAD, FRMU, Marketing, Operations, IT, HR &amp; L&amp;D.
 </li>
 <li>
 
 External:
 
 Existing &amp; new-to-bank customers, State Bank of Pakistan.
 </li>
 </ul>
