Pay: $80K - $115K, plus bonuses

Qualifications<ul><li>
5-10 years of experience in the plumbing industry.</li><li>
At least 3 years of proven leadership or management experience.</li><li>
Strong background in sales training and team development.</li><li>
Demonstrated success in delivering outstanding customer service.</li><li>
Track record of training, coaching, and growing high-performing teams.</li><li>
NC Plumbing License preferred (or ability to obtain).</li></ul> 
Key Responsibilities<ul><li>
Play a key leadership role in launching, shaping, and growing our brand-new plumbing division.</li><li>
Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of residential plumbing service technicians to deliver exceptional results.</li><li>
Run engaging weekly training sessions to sharpen skills and elevate team performance.</li><li>
Conduct regular ride-alongs to coach technicians and support their success.</li><li>
Hold effective one-on-one check-ins and weekly Level 10 team meetings to maintain communication and alignment.</li><li>
Drive daily revenue goals, manage departmental budgets, and ensure profitability.</li><li>
Establish KPIs and create clear performance improvement plans when needed.</li><li>
Partner with vendors to coordinate ongoing technical training for your team.</li><li>
Track and analyze performance metrics, set clear goals, and motivate your team to achieve them.</li><li>
Collaborate with dispatch and leadership to ensure seamless day-to-day operations.</li><li>
Step in to resolve customer issues with professionalism, empathy, and care.</li><li>
Manage department resources-including tools, inventory, and vehicles-to keep operations running smoothly.</li><li>
Communicate company goals and values consistently, reinforcing a strong, positive culture.</li><li>
Ensure every repair and installation-from water heaters to sewer lines-is done safely, efficiently, and up to code.</li><li>
Oversee permits, inspections, and code compliance to maintain the highest standards of quality.</li><li>
Review dispatch schedules to optimize productivity and workflow.</li><li>
