Job Title: Front Desk and Admin Executive Location: [JSK Corporation Private Limited, Sudhakar Building,4th Floor, Surendra nagar,Nagpur-440015 ] Job Type: [Full-Time/Permanent] Department: Administration Reports To: HR Manager / DirectorJob Summary:We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Front Desk and Admin Executive with experience in Tally ERP and billing. This role combines front office responsibilities with basic accounting and billing tasks. The ideal candidate will serve as the face of the company while also ensuring accurate financial record-keeping and administrative support.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Welcome visitors, answer incoming calls, and handle inquiries professionally.</li><li>Handle incoming/outgoing couriers and maintain proper records.</li><li>Maintain office supplies inventory and liaise with vendors.</li><li>Support scheduling, meeting arrangements, and general administrative tasks.</li><li>Record and update financial transactions in Tally.</li><li>Maintain files for bills, receipts, and payment records.</li><li>Assist with basic accounting tasks such as data entry, petty cash handling, and vendor payments.</li></ul>Requirements:<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree or diploma in Commerce, Business Administration, or a related field.</li><li>Minimum 2&ndash;5 years of experience in front desk/admin roles .</li><li>Proficiency in, Tally ERP,MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).</li><li>Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.</li></ul>What We Offer:<ul><li>Competitive salary based on experience</li><li>Friendly and collaborative work environment</li><li>Training and development opportunities</li><li>Exposure to both administrative and accounting functions</li></ul>Job Types: Full-time, PermanentPay: &#8377;12,000.00 - &#8377;15,000.00 per monthBenefits:<ul><li>Cell phone reimbursement</li><li>Health insurance</li><li>Paid sick time</li><li>Provident Fund</li></ul>Experience:<ul><li>Tally: 1 year (Required)</li></ul>Language:<ul><li>English (Preferred)</li><li>Hindi (Preferred)</li><li>Marathi (Preferred)</li></ul>Work Location: In person
