We are looking for a proactive Sales Co-ordinator to support our Sales &amp; Commercial team in managing order execution, dispatch coordination, documentation, and payment follow-ups. The role requires strong communication, coordination, and documentation skills. &ldquo;End-to-End Execution of Power Transmission EPC Projects&rdquo;Handling the complete lifecycle of power transmission projects under the EPC model &mdash; starting from engineering and design, material procurement, construction and installation, up to testing, commissioning, and final handover &mdash; with responsibility for quality, cost, safety, and timelines.Key Responsibilities1. Tender &amp; Contract Coordination&middot; Coordinate with Tender Team after receipt of LOA for submission of Bank Guarantees and Contract Agreements.&middot; Maintain BOQ, party-wise bill summaries, payment terms, and documentation requirements as per contract.&middot; Ensure compliance with EAR policy and contract guidelines.2. Internal Coordination&middot; Follow up with Plant/Manufacturing team for production status, inspection schedules, dispatch planning, and billing.&middot; Coordinate with Procurement for material delivery at site, receipt of materials, and GRN completion.&middot; Arrange internal Dispatch Instructions (DI) for materials and service-based billing.&middot; Coordinate with Billing, Quality, Stores, Logistics, and Finance teams for smooth execution.&middot; Track daily/weekly order status, project requirements, and internal communication.&middot; Coordinate with Erection Contractors for timely arrangement of JMC.&middot; Responsible for end-to-end execution of power transmission and EPC projects, including planning, coordination, quality control, timelines, and stakeholder management.3. Client &amp; Site Coordination&middot; Coordinate with clients for DI, LC documents, clarification on invoices, advance payments, and outstanding dues.&middot; Provide dispatch updates, resolve documentation/commercial queries, and maintain professional client communication.&middot; Work with site executives for submission and processing of invoices to paying authorities.&middot; Support site teams for TOC, line charging activities, and closure of contract.4. Invoice, Payment &amp; Documentation Management&middot; Prepare and track tax invoices for materials and service-related works.&middot; Coordinate with Billing Team to ensure timely preparation of commercial invoices.&middot; Maintain dispatch register, payment statements, and order tracking sheets.&middot; Prepare certificates such as MRC, JVR, sequential certificates as per client requirement.&middot; Conduct periodic reconciliation with Accounts Team.&middot; Follow up with clients and internal teams for timely payments.&middot; Manage documentation for MSTCEL &amp; Gujarat Projects.5. MIS &amp; Reporting&middot; Prepare bank guarantees, LC documentation, letters, and coordinate with Banks/Finance.&middot; Compile MIS reports including dispatch status, outstanding payments, fund projections, BG status, and order pipeline.&middot; Maintain accurate and timely records of all project and order-related documents.6.
