Position Offered: Legal ExecutiveJSK INDUSTRIES PVT LTD &ndash; CST ,Fort Mumbai, MaharashtraJob description1) Providing high quality legal advice to the Management and the teams within the Group on a full range of Legal and challenging operational issues in accordance with the following principle :&middot; Instil and foster a culture of Legal Compliance&middot; Advocate for Ethics &amp; Compliance across all levels.&middot; Build relationships with external legal advisors.2) Legal Risk &amp; Litigation Management&middot; Draft, Review and provide legal advice on MOU&rsquo;s, Contacts and Tender documents get is vetted from Advocate.&middot; Attend Reviews, on-going cases and advice management accordingly.&middot; Maintain track of dates of Court Hearings &amp; attend Hearings.&middot; Review progress of outstanding litigation and liaison with manage external lawyers.&middot; Coordinate with Advocates and provide information&middot; Review and draft Contracts, Agreements and Internal Policies and ensure that they are in Compliance with all Statutory or Legal requirements.&middot; Regulatory Compliance &ndash; prepare periodical reports for the department for executive management meetings.&middot; Knowledge of any Civil Court, High Court &amp; Criminal Court Matters.Qualification &amp; Eligibility&middot; LLB / LLM&middot; 3-5 Years Experience with Law firm or Large &amp; Medium Corporate Companies&middot; Demonstrate knowledge and experience with Laws dealing with Commercial/ Contract administration and Labour LawsRequired Skills &amp; Competencies&middot; In-depth knowledge of Regulatory Law&middot; Excellent Communication, negotiation and Diplomatic Skills&middot; Excellent command on English&middot; Adhere to Corporate&rsquo;s value : Knowledge, Optimistic, Determined and Engaging.Job Type: PermanentPay: &#8377;250,000.00 - &#8377;400,000.00 per yearLocation: MumbaiExperience:total work: 3 year (PreferredAbout companyJSK, a professionally managed company in power transmission sector involved in executing contracts for national &amp; international power sector utilities &amp; contractors.
