 The individual will support day-to-day HR operations and people initiatives for JSW Sports Entities, acting as the first point of contact for team members and managers.  Key Responsibilities
 
 
 
 
 Employee Lifecycle Management
 
 
 <ul>

 Support
 
 end-to-end employee lifecycle
 
 activities including onboarding, confirmation, transfers, and exits.
 </li>
 <li>
 Ensure smooth onboarding experience for new joiners, including documentation, induction, and system updates.
 </li>
 <li>
 Manage exit processes, full-and-final coordination, and exit documentation.
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 Recruitment &amp; Staffing Support
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Support recruitment activities for different roles including interview coordination, offer documentation, and joining follow-ups.
 </li>
 <li>
 Assist hiring managers with recruitment logistics and onboarding readiness.
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 Employee Relations &amp; Engagement
 
 
 <ul>

 Act as the
 
 first-level HR contact
 
 for team members.
 </li>
 <li>
 Address employee queries related to policies, attendance, leave, payroll coordination, and benefits.
 </li>

 Support employee engagement initiatives, townhalls, celebrations, and on-ground HR activities.

 Assist in handling employee grievances and escalations in coordination with senior HRBPs.

 HR Operations &amp; Compliance
 
 
 <ul>

 Maintain accurate employee data and records on HR systems (e.g., ZingHR or equivalent).

 Support statutory compliance requirements such as PF, ESIC, PT, and labour law documentation.
 </li>
 <li>
 Coordinate with external consultants/vendors for compliance and audits.
 </li>
 <li>
 Ensure adherence to company HR policies and processes at the site.

 Performance &amp; People Processes

 Support performance management cycles, feedback processes, and documentation.

 Assist with training coordination and learning initiatives.

 Help roll out HR initiatives and policies communicated by central HR.

 Stakeholder Coordination

 Required

 1&ndash;3 years of experience in HR operations / HRBP / generalist roles.

 Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

 High ownership and ability to work independently on-site.

 Good understanding of HR operations and basic labour law compliance.
 </li>
 <li>
 Organised, detail-oriented, and comfortable handling multiple priorities.

Launched in October 2022, Leap Gymnastics currently operates three centers in Mumbai training over 1000 gymnasts.

 Purpose &amp; Overview:
 
 Leap Gymnastics is a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Administrative Coordinator at Leap, Bandra, Mumbai. The Administrative Coordinator will be responsible for handling bookings, scheduling, and maintaining positive client relations. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, exceptional multitasking abilities, and a passion for providing outstanding customer service.
 
 
 
 
 
 
 Responsibilities
 
 
 
 
 Booking Management:
 
 
 
 ● Receive and process booking inquiries from clients via phone, email, or in-person interactions.
 
 
 ● Ensure accurate and timely booking of gymnastics classes, workshops, and events based on availability and client preferences.
 
 
 ● Maintain a well-organized booking system and update it regularly with new bookings, cancellations, and rescheduling requests.
 
 
 ● Provide detailed information to clients regarding class schedules, pricing, and any specific requirements.
 
 
 
 Schedule Coordination:
 
 
 
 ● Develop and maintain a master schedule for gymnastics classes, ensuring optimal utilization of available resources and instructors.
 
 
 ● Coordinate with gymnastics instructors and staff to assign classes, manage substitutions, and ensure smooth scheduling operations.
 
 
 ● Communicate any schedule changes or updates to instructors, staff, and clients promptly.
 
 
 ● Resolve scheduling conflicts efficiently and prioritize customer satisfaction.
 
 
 
 Client Relations:
 
 
 
 ●Serve as the main point of contact for clients, addressing their inquiries, concerns, and feedback
 
 
 in a professional and courteous manner.
 
 
 ●Provide detailed information about the gymnastics programs, pricing options, and facility features
 
 
 to potential and existing clients.
 
 
 ●Build and maintain positive relationships with clients, ensuring their needs and expectations are
 
 
 met.
 
 
 ●Assist in resolving customer issues, escalating problems when necessary to the appropriate
 
 
 supervisor.
 
 
 
 Administrative Support:
 
 
 
 ● Perform general administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and record keeping.
 
 
 ● Prepare and distribute relevant documents, including contracts, waivers, and registration forms.
 
 
 ● Assist in maintaining an organized inventory of gymnastics equipment, ensuring supplies are replenished as needed.

 Qualifications Experience &amp; Education:
 
 
 
 ● A university/college degree in management or a related field; additional administrative or customer service training is a plus.
 
 
 ● Proven experience in an administrative or customer service role, preferably in a sports or recreational setting.
 
 
 ● Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to interact professionally with clients and staff members.
 
 
 ● Strong organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
 
 
 ● Proficient in using computer systems and software, including booking management tools, Microsoft Office Suite, and email.
