About the Role:
As the Manager of Digital Experience &amp; UX/UI, you will shape how Customers experience JSX online&mdash;from first search to final touchdown. You&rsquo;ll own the end-to-end digital journey across the website, mobile app, and inflight digital experience, delivering premium UX/UI that reflects our brand and drives meaningful business results. 
This role blends strategic design, CRO leadership, and data-driven decision-making to elevate brand perception, increase conversions, and grow loyalty through Club JSX. 


This is an on-site position based at JSX Headquarters in Dallas, TX

A Day in the Life:

You&rsquo;ll be&hellip;
<ul>
<li>Owning the digital customer journey across web and app to ensure a premium, consistent, and on-brand UX/UI experience.</li>
<li>Building and managing a conversion rate optimization (CRO) program with clear hypotheses, a structured testing roadmap, and measurable outcomes.</li>
<li>Developing and maintaining a measurement framework that aligns KPIs across the marketing and sales funnel, from consideration and conversion to loyalty and repeat engagement.</li>
<li>Integrating Club JSX loyalty goals into digital experiences to drive enrollment, retention, and increased engagement.</li>
<li>Enhancing discoverability through SEO best practices and emerging AI-driven search platforms.</li>
<li>Running A/B and multivariate tests to fuel a test-and-learn culture and incremental performance gains.</li>
<li>Collaborating closely with Product, IT, Marketing, and Customer Experience teams to deliver high-quality digital enhancements aligned with business goals.</li>
<li>Monitoring analytics to uncover insights, identify friction points, and provide actionable recommendations for optimization.</li>
<li>Managing digital vendors and partners supporting website, app, or CRO programs.</li>
<li>Advancing personalization and omnichannel experiences across Club JSX, email, push notifications, and marketing campaigns.</li>
<li>Reporting on business outcomes tied to digital initiatives, including incremental bookings, loyalty growth, ancillary revenue, and customer sentiment (NPS/CSAT).</li>

Required Experience:
<ul>
<li>5+ years of experience in digital marketing, UX/UI, or leading CRO initiatives with measurable business impact (e.g., increased conversions, improved engagement, reduced friction).</li>
<li>Proficiency with CMS platforms, GA4, testing tools (A/B &amp; multivariate), and UX research methods.</li>
<li>Strong Business Acumen.</li>
<li>Experience building or managing a structured CRO program (e.g., A/B tests, multivariate tests, experiment roadmaps).</li>
<li>Proven ability to define and track digital KPIs across the funnel&mdash;impressions, CTR, conversion, retention, and loyalty metrics.</li>

Preferred Experience:
<ul>
<li>Familiarity with SEO and emerging AI discoverability strategies.</li>
<li>Understanding of HTML/CSS/JavaScript for effective collaboration with developers.</li>
<li>Experience in personalization and omnichannel experience design.</li>
</ul>
Skill, Licenses, &amp; Certifications:
<ul>
<li>Strong visual design sensibility and ability to uphold brand standards.</li>
<li>Excellent project management and cross-functional communication skills.</li>
</ul>
Pay &amp; Perks:

Compensation is between $95,000 to $105,000 annually. This was established after performing market research and is aligned with our approach to compensation.
