We are looking for a smart, organized, and confident Client Coordinator to manage client communication, follow-ups, scheduling, and coordination activities. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Coordinate with clients through calls, WhatsApp, and emails</li><li>Handle client follow-ups and maintain regular communication</li><li>Schedule meetings and interviews with clients/candidates</li><li>Maintain client records and update internal trackers</li><li>Coordinate with the recruitment team for requirement updates</li><li>Ensure smooth communication between clients and internal teams</li><li>Resolve basic client queries and provide timely updates</li><li>Meet clients whenever required for coordination and relationship management</li></ul>Requirements<ul><li>Good communication skills in English</li><li>Basic knowledge of MS Excel and email handling</li><li>Strong follow-up and coordination skills</li><li>Presentable and professional attitude</li><li>Ability to work in a fast-paced environment</li><li>Willingness to travel and meet clients whenever required</li><li>Prior coordination/customer support/recruitment experience is an added advantage</li></ul>Job Details<ul><li>Work Location: Whitefield, Bangalore</li><li>Work From Office role only</li><li>Immediate joiners preferred</li></ul>Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per monthExperience:<ul><li>Full-cycle recruitment: 1 year (Preferred)</li></ul>Location:<ul><li>Whitefield, Bengaluru, Karnataka (Preferred)</li></ul>Work Location: In person
