Requirements:</div>
<ul><li>A minimum of 3 years experience working with paver patios and retaining walls.</li>
<li>Experience and knowledge in all areas of landscaping - hardscaping, softscaping and artificial turf installation.</li>
<li>The ability to read and interpret blueprints and designs.</li>
<li>The ability to lead crew members and work well with others.</li>
<li>Experience in operating equipment/machinery.</li>
<li>The ability to direct other crew members to see jobs through to completion in a timely manner.</li>
<li>A background in construction (preferred).</li>
