 Route To Market Supervisor
 
 
 
 In that role, you will be responsible for owning the design and implementation of JTI coverage &amp; route management strategy, territory &amp; trade segmentation, coverage performance monitoring, maintenance of universe database, and field force headcount management to ensure achievement of shared objectives.
 
 
 
 As the Route To Market Supervisor in the Sales Effectiveness department, you will
 
 
 
 <ul>

 Execute an RTM Roadmap aligned to sales growth initiatives and ensure alignment with channel partners on the integrated RTM model and driving RTM execution. Manage interactions with distributors in RTM Capability &amp; Infrastructure
 </li>
 <li>
 Align and cooperate with ASM and RSM to roll out and deploy RTM initiatives, lead the implementation &amp; transfer of best practices in RTM across territories, and analyze RTM efficiency compared to competitors
 </li>
 <li>
 Ongoing development of internal field force KPIs, to ensure a positive impact and accordingly an increase in performance. Ensuring full clarity and transparent communication with the FF to drive their knowledge in line with the company goals and objectives, FF Incentive scheme preparation based on KPI's achievement
 </li>

 Handle Arc. Map application for monitoring Geo-nodes of customers and SR route navigation, provide the analytical tool to management that can support them to assess the current distribution model and enhance it if needed
 </li>

 Evaluate ROI per van periodically and support the poor routes to make a positive impact on the organisation
 </li>

 Support sales team and their line managers with the proper span of control based on market size and required KPI's to be achieved, collect the data required from other functions that can affect the RTM impact, and conduct several market visits to check the efficiency of the current RTM performance and seek enhancement

 You will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the company's fleet of vehicles, ensuring efficient and cost-effective transportation of goods and services. This role involves managing fleet suppliers in terms of leasing and maintenance, coordinating drivers, ensuring compliance with regulations, and optimising fleet performance.
 
 
 The Fleet Specialist plays a critical role in maintaining the safety, reliability, and efficiency of the fleet.
 
 
 
 Position
 
 
 
 As the Fleet Specialist in the Fleet &amp; Facilities Department, you will be responsible for

 <li>
 Fleet Operations Manage daily fleet activities, including vehicle scheduling, and driver coordination to ensure efficiency, Address driver concerns and resolve any issues related to fleet operations also to implement and enforce fleet policies and procedures to ensure efficient operations
 </li>
 <li>
 Maintenance &amp; Repairs Oversee preventive maintenance and repairs, ensuring all vehicles remain in optimal working condition. Coordinate with external maintenance staff and external service providers for repairs and servicing. Maintain accurate records of vehicle maintenance, inspections, and repairs

 Compliance &amp; Safety Ensure adherence to all legal, regulatory, and safety requirements while conducting regular fleet audits. Investigate and report accidents or incidents involving fleet vehicles
 </li>

 Cost &amp; Budget Management Monitor expenses, optimize fuel efficiency, and implement cost-saving measures within the approved budget
 </li>
 <li>
 Reporting &amp; Documentation Maintain accurate records including vehicle logs, maintenance records, and driver schedules. Track fleet performance metrics, and provide reports to management

 Requirements

 Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Transportation Management, or a related field is preferred

 1-3 years of proven experience in fleet management

 Position
 
 
 
 In this role, you will oversee fleet operations across Egypt in both the market and GSC, focusing on process improvements by introducing initiatives to enhance service, quality, and cost efficiency. You will manage market facilities, handle preventive and corrective maintenance, execute daily checklists, address gaps/issues promptly, and oversee maintenance contracts. You will ensure project quality, coordinate execution with other departments, prepare reports and analytics, and enforce EHS policies in compliance with Egyptian Civil Defense requirements and JTI Safety Standards. Additionally, you will monitor KPIs (Fleet, Facilities, Energy, Safety) and contribute to sustainability and Green Mobility goals.

 Facility Management (35%) You will handle technical faults, maintain buildings in good condition, and plan upgrades to meet JTI standards. Your role includes coordinating maintenance, overseeing contractors, managing utilities and consultants, and working with site layouts and drawings (civil, mechanical, electrical). You will also support engineering tasks within your scope
 </li>
 <li>
 Projects (20%) Oversee Fleet &amp; Facilities projects, ensure utilities for smooth sales operations, monitor contractor progress, and deliver projects on time, within budget, and to quality standards. You will also support renovations, sustainability, and green mobility initiatives
 </li>
 <li>
 Fleet (15%) Supervise daily fleet operations, manage contracts with service providers, and monitor fuel consumption. Your role includes improving fleet services for JTI employees by proposing updates to SOPs and operations, collaborating with procurement and legal to review contracts, and ensuring compliance with Global Driver Safety policies
 </li>
 <li>
 Environment, Health &amp; Safety (15%) You will ensure health and safety standards in Market DCs and Fleet operations by developing measures, training drivers on EHS practices, and analyzing accidents to implement preventive solutions. Support safety awareness through campaigns, provide sustainability solutions to meet savings targets, and track EHS-related KPIs, delivering timely reports

 <li>
 Budgeting (15%) You will plan the Fleet &amp; Facilities budget and track monthly expenses to ensure cost efficiency. Identify areas of excess energy and water consumption and suggest solutions to improve usage. Additionally, you will help implement cost-saving initiatives
