 Process Improvement Engineer role will be responsible for continuous improvement by analyzing manufacturing processes and developing solutions with the on-site experts. also will monitor and report on key production-relevant figures across site and make a significant contribution to the further development of the company's culture by contributing to line team&rsquo;s technical mastery and understanding in process control, helping them to come up with improvement and optimization suggetions for the production process in terms of efficiency, ergonomics, safety and quality in the assigned work area
 
 
 
 Responsibilities
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 In coordination with Production Lead; she/he has to closely follow up Product manufacturing process at all stages to ensure implementation is in accordance to JTI Quality guidelines and Products made meet current JTI specifications.
 </li>
 <li>
 Responsible to support production lead identify root cause of recurring losses, developing appropriate problem-solving strategies as well as standards in order to eliminate them and increase efficiency and sustain. In addition, responsible to reduce the waste rates for tobacco and NTMs. Collect and maintain accurate daily production data and performance analysis. She/he is responsible for all required reports to be issued in time and with correct information and visualized
 </li>
 <li>
 Create and maintain comprehensive process of data collection &amp; documentation, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), One Point Lessons (OPLs) and 5S3R effectively and reports on improvement initiatives.
 </li>
 <li>
 Supporting production department in problem solving on site, include taking on the initial problem solving (IPS), unified problem solving (UPS), the standard work processes (SWP) and data analysis using appropriate data analysis tools to support building and achieving Monthly, Quarterly and annual plans.

 Qualifications
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 3-5 years of experience in manufacturing environment and knowledge in handling analysis tools and the processing &amp; evaluation of large amounts of data
 </li>
 <li>
 Bachelor of Engineering (preferably in Mechanical, Industrial, Electronics or Mechatronics
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong technical knowledge in production processes and manufacturing concepts (IWS, Lean Manufacturing, Kaizen, TPM, and 5S3R), adequate Tobacco industry knowledge, good knowledge in MS Office applications (Excel, Word &amp; PowerPoint) and ideally experianced in SAP, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, leadership skills (Decision-making, motivation and goal-setting) and strong problem-solving skills.

 Energy and Automation Engineer
 
 
 
 As the Energy and Automation Engineer in the area of Factory Operations, you will be responsible for the daily management of energy, automation, and electrical systems. This includes following up on the team under your responsibility, executing daily checklists, identifying gaps and issues, solving them in a timely manner, and managing all maintenance contracts. You will also prepare reports and analytical data as required and monitor all relevant KPIs, raising any concerns promptly.
 
 
 
 Position
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Full management of all energy and natural sources (Electricity, Natural Gas, Water) and build annual plans; establish CAPEX and OpenX budgets for energy and electrical plans, managing frameworks with external parties.
 </li>
 <li>
 Manage consultants&rsquo; work related to energy, automation, and electrical; conduct regular maintenance plans; undertake energy audits.
 </li>
 <li>
 Lead and manage the Energy Management System and related certifications/audits; ensure proper installation and operation of equipment and components such as distribution panels, PLC control panels, HMI, programming logic, control loops, floor-level networks, and related infrastructure.
 </li>
 <li>
 Direct oversight of all automation process engineering; ensure compliance with the latest JTI automation standards; provide the production team with the right utilities requirements for steady production.
 </li>
 <li>
 Provide and implement sustainability solutions to meet annual savings targets; lead multiple projects within timelines, budgets, quality, and safety standards; deliver target annual savings; support continual improvement for EHS, Energy, and Quality management system
 </li>
 <li>
 Lead the energy team to continually achieve, maintain, and improve the energy management system to comply with ISO 50001 standards.

 </ul>
 
 Requirements
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 BSc in Electrical Engineering or related field; excellent knowledge of energy, automation, and project management; PMP is a plus.
 </li>
 <li>
 3&ndash;4 years of relevant experience in energy, automation, and electrical management.
 </li>
 <li>
 Excellent command of English and Arabic (spoken and written).
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong analytical skills, ability to solve problems, and experience in data analysis and reporting (MS Excel, Power BI preferred)
 </li>
 <li>
 Knowledge of ISO 50001 Energy Management Systems will be considered an advantage
 </li>
 <li>
 Experience with AutoCAD, project management experience and PMP certification is advantageous.
 </li>
 <li>
 Ability to manage multiple priorities, lead a team, and communicate effectively with stakeholders.

 Position
 
 
 
 In this role, you will oversee fleet operations across Egypt in both the market and GSC, focusing on process improvements by introducing initiatives to enhance service, quality, and cost efficiency. You will manage market facilities, handle preventive and corrective maintenance, execute daily checklists, address gaps/issues promptly, and oversee maintenance contracts. You will ensure project quality, coordinate execution with other departments, prepare reports and analytics, and enforce EHS policies in compliance with Egyptian Civil Defense requirements and JTI Safety Standards. Additionally, you will monitor KPIs (Fleet, Facilities, Energy, Safety) and contribute to sustainability and Green Mobility goals.

 Facility Management (35%) You will handle technical faults, maintain buildings in good condition, and plan upgrades to meet JTI standards. Your role includes coordinating maintenance, overseeing contractors, managing utilities and consultants, and working with site layouts and drawings (civil, mechanical, electrical). You will also support engineering tasks within your scope

 <li>
 Projects (20%) Oversee Fleet &amp; Facilities projects, ensure utilities for smooth sales operations, monitor contractor progress, and deliver projects on time, within budget, and to quality standards. You will also support renovations, sustainability, and green mobility initiatives
 </li>
 <li>
 Fleet (15%) Supervise daily fleet operations, manage contracts with service providers, and monitor fuel consumption. Your role includes improving fleet services for JTI employees by proposing updates to SOPs and operations, collaborating with procurement and legal to review contracts, and ensuring compliance with Global Driver Safety policies
 </li>
 <li>
 Environment, Health &amp; Safety (15%) You will ensure health and safety standards in Market DCs and Fleet operations by developing measures, training drivers on EHS practices, and analyzing accidents to implement preventive solutions. Support safety awareness through campaigns, provide sustainability solutions to meet savings targets, and track EHS-related KPIs, delivering timely reports
 </li>
 <li>
 Budgeting (15%) You will plan the Fleet &amp; Facilities budget and track monthly expenses to ensure cost efficiency. Identify areas of excess energy and water consumption and suggest solutions to improve usage. Additionally, you will help implement cost-saving initiatives
