KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES: •Conduct routine market visits to obtain pricing information from competitors for all available items on display. •Ensure that company products are well displayed in customer shelves with good conditions. •Ensure timely delivery of products to customers. •Proactively contact new and existing customers, discussing their needs, and explaining how specific products can meet those needs. •Identify and pursue new potential customers within existing markets. •Promote and drive sales for new and potential items. •Generate and manage sales platform requests, invoices, and receipts. •Receive and review credit applications along with necessary documentation. •Follow up with customers through calls, visits, or both to resolve outstanding balances. •Update customer ledgers promptly upon receipt of payment or supply. •Document customer justifications and explanations for payment delays. •Request and ensure completion of KYC forms, submitting them to the Customer Service Department. •Notify the Field Sales Supervisor of potential new route opportunities. •Analyze and visit potential customers to assess the viability of the new route. •Conduct stock counts for customers in cases of discounted pricing. •Assist the field sales supervisor in completing upcoming sales forecasts. •Collaborate with the Field Sales Supervisor to achieve sales targets. QUALIFICATIONS: •1-5 Years of relevant experience. •Bachelor’s degree Business Administration or related fields is required. •Competent in assessing customer needs and identifying sales opportunities. •Excellent written and verbal communication skills. •Excellent organizational and time management skills. •Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly with Excel. •English is required, French is a plus •Strong critical thinking and negotiation skills

Sales Representative

This position is responsible for conducting physical inspections of points of sales, ensure following standards and procedures of inventory and distribution. KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES: -Travel on daily to weekly basis to point of Sales -Reviewing the inventory and stock, deliveries, and logistics -Check if the sales points are following the standards and procedures -Manage receiving and distribution procedures -Manage the inventory and stocks and supplies -Inspect and audit the physical counts and the weekly inventories that are done by the supervisors QUALIFICATIONS: -1-2 years of work experience in Inventory Management -Bachelor’s degree in business, Accounting or relevant degree -English is required, French is a plus
