 Speciality Chemicals:
 
 
 The Specialty Chemical business of Jubilant Ingrevia manufactures Pyridine, Picolines and its forward integration derivatives, which finds application in agrochemicals, pharmaceuticals, dyes, solvents, metal finishes, fine chemicals, semiconductors etc.
 
 
 We have also launched new platform of Diketene &amp; its value-added derivatives for multiple industry use. We are an established &lsquo;partner of choice&rsquo; in CDMO, with more investment plans in GMP &amp; Non-GMP multi-product facilities for Pharma, Agro and Semi-conductor customers.

 The Nutrition &amp; Heath Solutions business unit offers B3 &amp; Picolinates (Chromium &amp; Zinc) which are fully backward integrated. Our ingredients find application in animal nutrition, human nutrition, personal care, etc. We provide high-quality feed &amp; food additives having application in poultry, dairy, aqua &amp; pet food industry. In Human Nutrition &amp; Health Solutions, we offer food ingredients &amp; premix solutions to nutrition.

 Responsibilities

 Key Responsibility:
 </li>
 <ul>
 <li>
 Ensure cost effective non-infringing route selection, process development of existing and new product. Carry out feasibility, optimization studies, process validation in lab and tech-pack transfer.
 </li>
 <li>
 Designing and conducting experiments involving vapour phase reactions, flow Chemistry, characterizing reaction products, and optimizing process conditions.
 </li>
 <li>
 Lead the development of new products from concept to commercialization.
 </li>
 <li>
 Homogeneous and heterogeneous Catalyst Synthesis including its application.
 </li>
 <li>
 Conduct 1-2 chemical reactions daily.
 </li>
 </ul>
 <li>
 Product Monitoring and Support:
 </li>
 <ul>
 <li>
 Provide support for cost reduction initiatives, troubleshooting, performance tests, and the development of new molecules as assigned by the R&amp;D/business group.
 </li>
 <li>
 Conduct root cause analysis and troubleshoot process issues to enhance efficiency and reduce waste.
 </li>
 <li>
 Continuous improvement on thekey projects to keep them cost competitive.
 </li>
 <li>
 Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline operations and improve product quality.
 </li>
 </ul>
 <li>
 Process Review and Scale-Up Support:
 </li>
 <ul>
 <li>
 Lead scale-up activities for new products, ensuring smooth transition from lab to pilot plant and full-scale production.
 </li>
 <li>
 Prepare SOPs as needed.
 </li>
 <li>
 Ensure that all analysts have read, understood, and signed off on the SOPs.
 </li>
 <li>
 Support plant commissioning and troubleshooting to ensure successful startup and operation.
 </li>
 <li>
 Provide technical support to manufacturing and business teams to address production challenges and optimize processes
 </li>
 <li>
 Documentation and Compliance:

 Ensure that all experimental documentation in the lab records is completed according to Good Laboratory Practice (GLP) standards immediately after experimentation.

 Qualifications:

 Ph.D. or M.Sc. in Organic /Inorganic Chemistryprefrably from one of the top 5 institutes in the state or country.

 2-5years of experience in the field of Vapour Phase Chemistry/ Catalyst Synthesis.

 Preferred

 Preference will be given to the person having, experience in companies Like SRF, AARTI, Navin Fluorine, Deepak Nitrile, SABIC, Honeywell. Etc.
