Job OverviewThe Company Driver is responsible for safely transporting cleaning staff to and from client locations, ensuring punctuality and maintaining a professional and respectful environment. The driver must support daily operations by following routes, assisting team coordination, and maintaining the company vehicle in excellent condition.Key Responsibilities1. Transportation Duties<ul><li>Transport cleaning staff to designated client locations according to daily schedules.</li><li>Ensure all employees are picked up and dropped off safely and on time.</li><li>Follow assigned routes and adjust to traffic or schedule changes as needed.</li><li>Assist with coordinating pick-up points and confirming staff attendance.</li></ul>2. Vehicle Maintenance<ul><li>Inspect the vehicle daily for safety and cleanliness.</li><li>Report any mechanical issues, required repairs, or safety concerns immediately.</li><li>Ensure the vehicle has proper fuel, oil, and maintenance checks.</li><li>Keep the interior clean and presentable at all times.</li></ul>3. Professional Conduct<ul><li>Maintain a respectful and patient attitude with all employees during transportation.</li><li>Ensure a calm environment with no arguments, inappropriate behavior, or disruptions.</li><li>Represent Juls Cleaning Services LLC professionally when interacting with staff, clients, or the public.</li></ul>4. Compliance<ul><li>Follow all UAE road safety rules and regulations.</li><li>Adhere to company protocols, schedules, and operational instructions.</li><li>Maintain confidentiality of company information and client locations.</li></ul>5. Operational Support<ul><li>Coordinate with supervisors regarding delays, absences, or schedule changes.</li><li>Assist in organizing route plans when required.</li><li>Support the team by ensuring proper time management and reliable transportation.</li></ul>Qualifications &amp; Requirements<ul><li>Valid UAE Driving License (Manual/Automatic as required by company).</li><li>Minimum 1&ndash;2 years of driving experience in the UAE (preferred).</li><li>Strong knowledge of UAE roads, routes, and traffic regulations.</li><li>Good communication skills and ability to follow instructions.</li><li>Patience, professionalism, and ability to manage group transportation.</li><li>Strong sense of responsibility, punctuality, and reliability.</li></ul>Working Conditions<ul><li>Working hours: 12-hour shifts (as per company schedule).</li><li>Transportation of cleaning teams may include early morning or evening shifts.</li><li>Must be able to work weekends or public holidays if required by the schedule.</li></ul>Performance Expectations<ul><li>Zero accidents or traffic violations due to driver negligence.</li><li>On-time arrivals and departures daily.</li><li>Maintaining a safe and respectful environment at all times.</li></ul>Job Types: Full-time, PermanentPay: From AED2,500.00 per monthWork Location: On the roadExpected Start Date: 27/11/2025
