Position Title: SEO &amp; Content Writer Department: Digital Marketing Location: Bahria Town, Lahore Reports To: Digital Marketing ManagerJob SummaryWe are looking for a creative and data-driven SEO &amp; Content Writer to plan, write, and optimize high-quality content that improves search engine rankings, drives organic traffic, and engages target audiences. The ideal candidate will possess strong writing skills, a solid understanding of SEO best practices, and the ability to produce content that converts.Key Responsibilities1&#65039; SEO Strategy &amp; Implementation<ul><li>Conduct keyword research to identify high-value topics and target keywords.</li><li>Develop on-page optimization strategies, including meta titles, meta descriptions, and internal linking.</li><li>Perform site audits and recommend improvements for technical SEO (site speed, Core Web Vitals, crawl issues, etc.).</li><li>Monitor and improve website rankings using SEO tools (Ahrefs, SEMrush, Moz, Google Search Console).</li><li>Track and analyze performance metrics (traffic, keyword positions, backlinks).</li></ul>2&#65039; Content Creation &amp; Optimization<ul><li>Write SEO-optimized content for blogs, landing pages, product descriptions, and website copy.</li><li>Create engaging, informative, and conversion-focused content that aligns with brand voice.</li><li>Update and refresh old content to improve rankings and maintain accuracy.</li><li>Develop content that targets different stages of the buyer&rsquo;s journey (awareness, consideration, decision).</li><li>Create compelling headlines, CTAs, and meta descriptions to improve CTR.</li></ul>Requirements<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Marketing, Communications, English, or a related field.</li><li>1-3 years of proven experience in SEO and content writing.</li><li>Strong understanding of SEO best practices, Google algorithms, and keyword strategies.</li><li>Proficiency in SEO tools (Ahrefs, SEMrush, Moz, Screaming Frog, Google Analytics).</li><li>Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills with attention to grammar and detail.</li><li>Knowledge of HTML/CSS for on-page optimization (preferred but not required).</li><li>Familiarity with CMS platforms (WordPress, Shopify, etc.).</li></ul>Preferred Skills<ul><li>Experience with link-building strategies and outreach.</li><li>Knowledge of content marketing funnels and lead generation strategies.</li><li>Ability to write for multiple formats: blogs, landing pages, product pages, and social media posts.</li><li>Basic understanding of paid media (Google Ads, social ads) for keyword alignment.</li></ul>Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)<ul><li>Growth in organic traffic (% increase month-over-month).</li><li>Improvement in keyword rankings (top 10 SERP results).</li><li>Increase in user engagement (time on page, bounce rate).</li><li>Number of backlinks generated from high-quality content.</li><li>Leads or conversions generated through content marketing.</li></ul>Salary Range: PKR 65,000 to PKR 85,000 based on experienceJob Type: Full-timePay: Rs65,000.00 - Rs80,000.00 per monthAbility to commute/relocate:<ul><li>Lahore Bahria Town: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)</li></ul>Work Location: In person
