Job Description &ndash; B2C Operations ManagerDepartment: Operations Location: Thane / Mumbai Experience Required: 6+ Years Role Level: ManagerRole OverviewWe are looking for a highly driven B2C Operations Manager to lead and streamline day-to-day ecommerce operations. The role involves ensuring smooth order flow, coordinating with the warehouse, optimizing processes, and driving efficiency across the end-to-end B2C supply chain. The candidate must have strong operational understanding, hands-on warehouse coordination experience, and proficiency in Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, MIS reporting).Key Responsibilities1. Order &amp; Dispatch Management<ul><li>Oversee complete B2C order lifecycle from order receipt to dispatch.</li><li>Ensure timely picking, packing, manifest creation, and daily order closure.</li><li>Monitor dispatch SLAs and take corrective actions for delays.</li></ul>2. Warehouse Coordination<ul><li>Act as the primary point of contact for warehouse teams for stock, inventory, and order execution.</li><li>Coordinate inwarding, GRN, putaway, stock counts, and storage planning.</li><li>Resolve daily operational issues and ensure warehouse productivity KPIs are met.</li></ul>3. Inventory Management<ul><li>Track stock levels, replenishment requirements, and fast/slow-moving SKUs.</li><li>Reduce stock discrepancies through frequent cycle counts and reconciliations.</li><li>Coordinate RTV, damaged stock, and replacements.</li></ul>4. Marketplace &amp; Platform Operations<ul><li>Work closely with catalog, pricing, and customer service teams to ensure smooth go-live of products.</li><li>Monitor platform order flow, cancellations, RTO%, and maintain healthy operational metrics.</li></ul>5. Process Improvement &amp; Ops Efficiency<ul><li>Identify bottlenecks and design SOPs to enhance speed and accuracy.</li><li>Improve pick/pack efficiency and dispatch accuracy through data-driven analysis.</li><li>Ensure 100% operational compliance across all ecommerce platforms.</li></ul>6. Reporting &amp; Data Analysis<ul><li>Prepare daily/weekly/monthly operational MIS (orders, SLAs, delays, inventory health).</li><li>Use VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, and Excel-based dashboards for decision making.</li><li>Monitor courier performance and escalate service issues.</li></ul>Required Skills &amp; CompetenciesTechnical Skills<ul><li>Strong understanding of Ecommerce B2C operations.</li><li>Expertise in warehouse coordination &amp; ground-level operations.</li><li>Proficient in Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot, basic formulas).</li><li>Knowledge of OMS/WMS systems preferred.</li><li>Understanding of logistics, RTO, delivery SLAs, and dispatch processes.</li></ul>Soft Skills<ul><li>Strong team management &amp; stakeholder coordination.</li><li>Analytical thinker with problem-solving ability.</li><li>Ability to work in a fast-paced ecommerce environment.</li><li>Detail-oriented with strong follow-up and execution skills.</li></ul>Qualifications<ul><li>Graduate or Postgraduate in any field (Operations preferred).</li><li>Minimum 6+ years of experience in ecommerce operations (B2C).</li></ul>Prior experience in warehouse operations is mandatoryJob Type: Full-timePay: &#8377;60,000.00 - &#8377;75,000.00 per monthApplication Question(s):<ul><li>How many years of experience do you have in managing B2C ecommerce operations?</li><li>Have you handled warehouse coordination (inwarding, GRN, putaway, dispatch)? </li><li>Are you proficient with VLOOKUP and Pivot Tables? Excel &amp; Reporting<ul><li>Maintain daily/weekly trackers in Excel.</li><li>Prepare basic MIS reports as required by the finance team.</li><li>Ensure data accuracy and timely updates.</li></ul>5.
