<b>REQUIREMENTS:</b></div>

<b>CRO Expertise</b></div>
<ul><li>Proven success implementing CRO strategies (A/B testing, multivariate testing, UX enhancements) to deliver measurable conversion lifts.</li>
<li>Deep understanding of user behavior, funnel optimization, and analytics-driven decision-making.</li>
<li>Experience aligning CRO strategies with broader digital marketing and business goals.</li>
<li><b>Must have 5-10 years of experience</b></li>
</ul><div><b>Digital Consulting Experience</b></div>
<ul><li>Advise clients and team members on digital strategy, web performance, and optimization, ensuring recommendations align with broader business objectives.</li>
<li>Diagnose business challenges and uncover opportunities by assessing digital performance metrics, customer behavior, market trends, and competitive positioning.</li>
<li>Design strategic roadmaps that integrate CRO initiatives with overarching business goals, revenue targets, and customer experience priorities.</li>
<li>Leverage advanced analytics tools, especially Google Analytics 4 (GA4), to track user interactions, analyze conversion funnels, identify drop-off points, and measure optimization impact.</li>
<li>Translate complex data and market insights into clear, actionable strategies that can be easily understood by non-technical stakeholders.</li>
<li>Lead change management and process improvements, ensuring successful adoption of new tools, workflows, and data-driven practices.</li>
<li>Identify growth opportunities and untapped revenue streams through customer journey mapping, conversion rate analysis, and competitive benchmarking.</li>
<li>Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement recommendations and deliver measurable business outcomes.</li>
</ul><div><b>Leadership &amp; Team Building</b></div>
<ul><li>Proven ability to recruit, mentor, grow, and lead high-performing CRO or digital optimization teams.</li>
<li>Skilled at fostering a collaborative and innovative work culture.</li>
<li>Experienced in setting strategic goals, measuring performance, and managing budgets for optimization initiatives.</li>
</ul><div><b>Bonus Skills</b></div>
<ul><li>Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and CMS platforms (WordPress, Shopify, Wix).</li>
<li>Familiarity with server-side languages (Node.js, Python, Ruby, PHP) and databases (SQL, NoSQL).</li>
<li>Strong grasp of UI/UX principles and design tools (Adobe XD, Sketch, Figma).</li>
<li>Knowledge of SEO, web analytics tools (Google Analytics, GA4), and web security best practices.</li>
<li>Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).</li>

While the primary focus will be CRO strategy, execution, and performance analysis, the ideal<br>
