And you&rsquo;ll experiment with AI tools to speed up design and reel production.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign modern and attractive screens in Figma for web and mobileCreate social media creatives, banners, ads, and promo assetsEdit photos using Photoshop and similar toolsWork on Instagram reels, from concept to final editUse AI tools to create and enhance reels, motion graphics, and templatesCollaborate with product and marketing teams to maintain a consistent visual styleRequired SkillsStrong command of Figma and PhotoshopGood sense of layout, color, typography, and visual storytellingExperience in creating Instagram reels and short videosFamiliarity with AI design and video tools like Runway, Midjourney, Canva AI, CapCut AIAbility to handle multiple tasks and deliver fastNice to HaveBasic video animation skillsUnderstanding of brandingPrior experience in a startup environmentExperience1 to 3 years preferred, but talent matters more than years.Job Type: Freelance Contract length: 3 monthsPay: ₹5,000.00 - ₹8,000.00 per monthBenefits:<ul><li>Work from home</li></ul>Work Location: Remote
