Job Overview:We are seeking skilled bartenders to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for the food and beverage industry, possess excellent guest service skills, and be knowledgeable in crafting classic cocktail recipes.Bartenders are not only knowledgeable in beer, wine, spirits and cocktails; they also provide thoughtful service to bar and lounge guests, and assist with questions about beverage selections.Responsibilities:- Create a welcoming bar for guests- Interact with guests and provide excellent customer service- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages following company recipes and standards- Consistently follow service standards with finesse- Anticipate guest needs with a sense of urgency- Focus on keeping a clean and neat work and adhere to all health and safety regulations- Handle cash transactions and operate the POS system efficiently- Assist in all opening and closing dutiesWhat We Are Looking For:- We are looking for team members who are self motivated and dedicated to grow and learn in this industry- Craft Cocktail experience required; 1 years minimum.- Lunches, Dinners, and Brunches all required.- Familiarity with Toast POS system is a plus- Proficient in time managementIf you are passionate about delivering exceptional service and creating memorable experiences for guests, we would love to hear from you!Job Type: Full-timePay: $10.98 per hourBenefits:<ul><li>Employee discount</li><li>Health insurance</li></ul>Application Question(s):<ul><li>How would you describe Amaro to a guest?</li></ul>What is your recipe for a classic daiquiri?<ul><li>What is your work availability if offered a position? </li></ul>Are there any scheduling restrictions that we should be aware of?Ability to Commute:<ul><li>Saint Petersburg, FL 33701 (Required)</li></ul>Work Location: In person
