1. Regular ward rounds &amp; patient interaction2. Monitoring food services for patients as per colour coding of diets3. The color codes are:&middot; Yellow-Diabetic diet&middot; Green-Soft diet&middot; Purple -Full diet&middot; Dark Pink-Renal diet&middot; Orange-Jain diet4. Prescribing diets for all patients using the principles of nutrition &amp; diet therapy.5. Providing appropriate therapeutic &amp; non-therapeutic diets to all patients within their socio-cultural constraints.6. Planning &amp; providing for special diets for patients with special nutritional needs.7. Diet consultation for Inpatients on discharge, OPD &amp; Health Check Ups where deemed necessary.8. Prepare written nutrition education materials.9. Keep abreast of relevant nutrition research changes, changes in delivery of nutrition services etc.10. Participate in appropriate nutrition health education programmes.11.
