We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented SEO/SMO Executive to join our dynamic marketing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and improving our organic search engine rankings, driving website traffic, and enhancing our social media presence. The role requires a mix of strategic thinking and hands-on execution.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Search Engine Optimization (SEO):</li><li>Conduct keyword research to identify opportunities for organic search growth.</li><li>Optimize website content, including meta tags, headers, URLs, and image alt texts.</li><li>Develop and implement on-page and off-page SEO strategies.</li><li>Perform technical SEO audits and work with the web development team to resolve issues.</li><li>Monitor, analyze, and report on SEO performance using tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush, etc.</li><li>Stay up-to-date with the latest SEO trends and algorithm updates.</li><li>Social Media Optimization (SMO):</li><li>Develop and execute social media strategies across various platforms (Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram, etc.).</li><li>Create engaging and shareable content tailored to each platform&rsquo;s audience.</li><li>Monitor social media trends and best practices.</li><li>Engage with followers, respond to comments, and manage online communities.</li><li>Analyze social media performance using analytics tools and adjust strategies as needed.</li><li>Content Management:</li><li>Collaborate with the content team to ensure SEO best practices are incorporated in content creation.</li><li>Assist in developing a content calendar aligned with SEO and social media goals.</li><li>Optimize blog posts, articles, and other content for search engines and social media.</li><li>Link Building:</li><li>Identify and pursue opportunities for high-quality backlinks.</li><li>Build relationships with industry influencers, bloggers, and other relevant sites for link-building opportunities.</li><li>Monitor and analyze the backlink profile to ensure link quality and relevance.</li><li>Reporting and Analysis:</li><li>Provide regular reports on SEO and SMO performance and insights.</li><li>Use data-driven analysis to improve strategies and achieve targets.</li><li>Set measurable goals that demonstrate improvement in marketing efforts.</li></ul>Qualifications:<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Marketing, Communications, Information Technology, or a related field.</li><li>Proven experience as an SEO/SMO Executive or similar role.</li><li>Strong understanding of search engine algorithms, ranking methods, and best practices.</li><li>Proficiency in SEO tools such as Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, etc.</li><li>Experience with content management systems (CMS) like WordPress.</li><li>Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript for SEO purposes.</li><li>Excellent knowledge of social media platforms and their analytics tools.</li><li>Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.</li><li>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.</li><li>Ability to work independently and as part of a team.</li></ul>Preferred Qualifications:<ul><li>Certification in SEO or digital marketing.</li><li>Experience with paid search marketing (PPC).</li><li>Familiarity with other digital marketing aspects such as email marketing and web analytics.</li></ul>Job Types: Full-time, PermanentPay: &#8377;15,086.00 - &#8377;25,197.80 per monthBenefits:<ul><li>Paid time off</li></ul>Education:<ul><li>Bachelor's (Preferred)</li></ul>Experience:<ul><li>SEO: 1 year (Preferred)</li><li>total work: 1 year (Preferred)</li><li>PPC Campaign Management: 1 year (Required)</li></ul>Work Location: In person
