About the RoleWe are seeking a UI/UX Designer with full-cycle project experience who can take ownership of the entire design process&mdash;from understanding business goals and user needs to delivering pixel-perfect interfaces and collaborating with development teams for launch. You will work closely with stakeholders, product managers, and developers to create seamless, user-friendly, and visually engaging digital experiences.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Lead end-to-end design lifecycle: research, wireframing, prototyping, visual design, usability testing, and delivery.</li><li>Collaborate with product managers and clients to translate requirements into intuitive design solutions.</li><li>Conduct user research, interviews, and usability studies to validate design decisions.</li><li>Create and maintain design systems, style guides, and component libraries for consistency.</li><li>Design responsive and mobile-first interfaces ensuring cross-platform compatibility.</li><li>Work closely with developers to ensure design feasibility and pixel-perfect implementation.</li><li>Handle project timelines independently, ensuring smooth delivery from concept to launch.</li><li>Continuously evaluate and improve designs based on user feedback and business objectives.</li></ul>Requirements<ul><li>Strong understanding of design principles, accessibility, and usability standards.</li><li>Excellent communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.</li><li>Ability to work independently and lead design discussions with cross-functional teams.</li></ul>Job Types: Full-time, PermanentPay: From &#8377;20,000.00 per monthExperience:<ul><li>UI/UX: 2 years (Required)</li></ul>Work Location: In person
