 About the role :
 
 
 
 Our team is looking for an Associate Program Manager who brings technical program management skills, great teamwork, positive attitude, high-energy, self-driven, and end to end program management skills, to our customer-focused team. This role provides a rare mix of strategic leadership and breadth and day-to-day &lsquo;hands on&rsquo; engineering execution responsibilities. You will own end-to-end products and will be responsible for their vision setting, feature requirements, user experience, user training, documentation, product adoption and overall customer satisfaction.
 
 
 
 
 
 
 Your Experience Should Showcase :
 
 
 
 &bull; Proven 2-3 years of experience in managing programs / categories / business verticals specifically into corporate cards is preferred.
 
 
 &bull; Strong process orientation; ability to find efficient solutions to problems and automate tasks.
 
 
 &bull; Strong stakeholder management experience; ability to work with cross-functional teams
 
 
 &bull; Ability to deep-dive into a problem; very strong analytical skills required
 
 
 &bull; Excellent technical writing, formal presentation and interpersonal skills.
 
 
 &bull; Thrive in fast paced, agile environments, and able to learn new areas quickly
 
 
 &bull; Experience in defining program requirements and using data and metrics to determine improvements.
 
 
 
 
 
 
 Basic Qualifications :
 
 
 
 &bull; Bachelor's degree: Engineering / Commerce preferred
 
 
 &bull; Master&rsquo;s degree from Tier 1 B-school
 
 
 &bull; Post-MBA experience (preferred)
 
 
 &bull; Experience in program or project management into product based companies.
 
 
 &bull; Experience working cross functionally with tech &amp; non-tech teams and delivering cross functional projects.
