We are seeking dedicated Telecallers to become the voice of our organisation, drive client engagement, and deliver accurate immigration guidance.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Make outbound calls to prospective and existing clients to introduce the organisation&rsquo;s visa and immigration services.</li><li>Provide accurate and complete information about the company&rsquo;s services, immigration categories, and legal processes.</li><li>Understand client needs, answer queries, and guide them on the appropriate visa options.</li><li>Handle incoming inquiries professionally and convert them into potential leads.</li><li>Maintain and update client records in CRM/Excel sheets with 100% accuracy.</li><li>Follow up with clients to ensure timely processing and adherence to target deadlines.</li><li>Support the sales/consultant team by scheduling appointments and transferring qualified leads.</li><li>Achieve assigned daily/weekly/monthly calling and conversion targets.</li><li>Maintain professional communication, upholding the firm&rsquo;s reputation for integrity and compliance.</li><li>Provide regular reports and feedback to management regarding client responses, challenges, and opportunities.</li></ul>Core Skills and Attributes<ul><li>Excellent verbal communication skills in English, Hindi, and ideally Punjabi.</li><li>Persuasive, energetic, and client-focused with the ability to build immediate rapport.</li><li>High degree of accuracy, attention to detail, and data management skills for record-keeping.</li><li>Basic knowledge of common immigration programs, terms, policies, and documentation requirements (training will be provided).</li><li>Ability to work efficiently under pressure and independently within a fast-paced, compliant work environment.</li><li>Strong time management and multitasking skills with a proven track record in meeting team target.</li><li>Prior telecalling, sales, or customer support experience within immigration or education consultancy is advantageous.</li><li>Familiarity with CRM, MS Office, and basic IT skills required.</li></ul>Qualifications<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree (preferred, not mandatory).</li><li>2 years of experience in telecalling, sales, or customer support roles, candidates with relevant immigration sector experience will be prioritized.</li><li>Multilingual candidates highly valued.</li></ul>What We Offer<ul><li>Competitive salary plus performance incentives.</li><li>Professional training on immigration processes and legal service communication.</li><li>Growth opportunities within the organisation.</li><li>Supportive work environment in a reputed immigration law &amp; service office.</li></ul>How to ApplyInterested candidates can share their updated CV with a cover letter to justandtrueimmigrationlaw@gmail.com with the subject line &ldquo;Application for Telecaller &ndash; Just &amp; True Immigration Law &amp; Services&rdquo;.Job Types: Full-time, PermanentPay: &#8377;15,072.52 - &#8377;33,497.76 per monthBenefits:<ul><li>Cell phone reimbursement</li><li>Internet reimbursement</li></ul>Education:<ul><li>Bachelor's (Preferred)</li></ul>Experience:<ul><li>Immigration: 2 years (Required)</li></ul>Language:<ul><li>English (Required)</li></ul>Work Location: In person
