What You Will Work On<ul><li>
Design, develop, and maintain robust, scalable backend systems using technologies like Java, PostgreSQL, AWS, Docker, and Terraform.</li><li>
Build and enhance front-end features using React and TypeScript to deliver an intuitive user experience.</li><li>
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Customer Success, Sales, Operations) to define, design, and ship new features end-to-end.</li><li>
Work directly with customers and business stakeholders to translate needs into technical specifications and clear documentation.</li><li>
Optimize application performance, reliability, and scalability while writing clean, maintainable, and well-tested code.</li><li>
Proactively identify technical debt and performance bottlenecks, leading iterative product improvements.</li><li>
Mentor and support engineering team members to foster a culture of efficiency and growth.</li></ul>
What We&rsquo;re Looking For<ul><li>
5+ years of professional software development experience, with proficiency in at least one modern backend language (e.g., Java, TypeScript, Python).</li><li>
5+ years of experience working with and optimizing relational databases (e.g., SQL, PostgreSQL).</li><li>
Proven experience developing scalable, modern front-end applications, specifically using React and TypeScript.</li><li>
2+ years of hands-on experience with cloud services, preferably Amazon Web Services (AWS).</li><li>
Strong command of API design, data modeling, object-oriented programming, and relational database design principles.</li><li>
Expertise in version control (e.g., Git), containerization (e.g., Docker), CI/CD pipelines (e.g., GitHub Actions), and modern automated testing frameworks.</li><li>
Experience in customer-facing product engineering (B2B or B2C).</li></ul></div>
