Legal Executive (Litigation &amp; Coordination)Experience: 1&ndash;2 YearsSalary: Up to ₹35,000 per month (Negotiable based on experience)Location: Kaushambi GZBRole OverviewWe are seeking a proactive and organized Legal Executive to manage our court-related procedures and client communications. The ideal candidate will act as the primary point of coordination, ensuring that case files are updated, court dates are tracked, and clients are kept informed of their matter&rsquo;s progress. This role requires a balance of legal knowledge, administrative discipline, and excellent interpersonal skills.Key Responsibilities 1. Court Coordination &amp; Procedural Work<ul><li>Case Tracking: Monitor the daily cause lists and track case status across various courts/tribunals (District Courts, High Court, NCLT, etc.).</li><li>Filing &amp; Documentation: Assist in the preparation, indexing, and filing of petitions, applications, and affidavits. Ensure all &quot;office objections&quot; are removed in a timely manner.</li><li>Counsel Support: Liaise with Senior Counsels and briefing advocates; provide them with necessary case briefs and updated documents for hearings.</li><li>Physical Attendance: Visit courts for filing, obtaining certified copies, and providing real-time updates on case proceedings.</li></ul>2. Client Coordination &amp; Follow-up<ul><li>Regular Updates: Act as the primary contact for clients, providing them with timely summaries of court orders and next hearing dates.</li><li>Information Gathering: Coordinate with clients to collect necessary evidence, signatures, and documents required for upcoming filings.</li><li>Feedback Loop: Ensure client queries are addressed promptly by coordinating with the internal legal team.</li></ul>3.
