 Account Manager is responsible for ensuring operational success and order fulfillment within an assigned country. This is a shift-based and rotational role, meaning coverage and responsibilities may change daily depending on operational requirements.
 
 
 The Officer plays a key role in monitoring orders, managing partner satisfaction, handling live operational issues, and coordinating with service providers and customer service teams to ensure seamless execution of delivery and home cleaning services.
 
 
 Key Responsibilities
 
 
 - Oversee the complete order cycle from pickup to delivery within the assigned country.
 
 
 - Monitor daily deliveries and ensure services are completed on time.
 
 
 - Follow up promptly on delayed or pending orders with service providers.
 
 
 - Track and update order status to maintain consistent performance.
 
 
 - Handle partner support tickets and escalate unresolved issues when necessary.
 
 
 - Support operations of the assigned country according to daily shift allocations.
 
 
 - Supervise operations across different delivery points and escalate delays or failures.
 
 
 - Act as a liaison between country teams and customer service.
 
 
 - Assist with real-time incident handling and operational escalations.
 
 
 - Prepare and submit shift reports summarizing incidents, order performance, and service quality.
 
 
 - Ensure the timely execution of pickups and deliveries.
 
 
 - Assist in the training and onboarding of service providers when needed.
 
 
 - Provide direct communication support to partners for any operational requirements.
 
 
 - Offer cross-country operational support during peak hours or emergencies.

Account Manager

The Account Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of justclean&rsquo;s business operations within the assigned city. This includes driving growth by acquiring and retaining partners, ensuring operational excellence in logistics and order fulfillment, and maintaining the highest standards of brand representation.The Account Manager will lead cross-functional teams &mdash; including Partner Success, Operations, and Logistics &mdash; to ensure seamless execution of daily business activities while aligning with the company&rsquo;s strategic objectives. This role requires strong leadership, commercial acumen, and the ability to balance growth initiatives with operational efficiency.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Lead the overall city operations to achieve sales, operational, and financial targets.</li><li>Develop and execute strategic plans to acquire new partners and expand existing accounts.</li><li>Oversee partner success initiatives, ensuring partners are fully trained and engaged with justclean products (Marketplace, Logistics, and SaaS systems).</li><li>Manage logistics operations, ensuring timely and efficient order pickup, delivery, and fulfillment cycles.</li><li>Build, train, and motivate a high-performing city team across functions (Partner Success, Operations, Logistics).</li><li>Maintain strong and continuous business relationships with key partners to enhance loyalty and long-term collaboration.</li><li>Monitor city performance metrics (orders, revenue, incidents, driver productivity, SLA compliance) and provide detailed reports to senior management.</li><li>Handle escalations, operational challenges, and partner/customer complaints with quick, effective solutions.</li><li>Coordinate with central departments (Marketing, Finance, HR) to align city initiatives with company-wide goals.</li><li>Launch and oversee city-specific marketing campaigns and promotions to boost sales and partner engagement.</li><li>Ensure compliance with justclean policies, local labor laws, and health &amp; safety standards.</li><li>Drive continuous improvement and innovation to strengthen justclean&rsquo;s competitive position in the city.</li></ul>Skills &amp; Qualifications<ul><li>Proven track record in City/Area/Operations/General Management, ideally in logistics, tech, or marketplace platforms.</li><li>Strong leadership and people management skills with experience in building and leading diverse teams.</li><li>Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management abilities.</li><li>Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills under pressure.</li><li>Business development experience with the ability to identify growth opportunities.</li><li>Solid knowledge of logistics operations and SaaS/Marketplace ecosystems preferred.</li><li>Commercial mindset with experience in P&amp;L management and KPI tracking.</li><li>Must have a car and valid driving license.</li><li>Flexibility to work in rotational shifts and adapt to a dynamic business environment.</li><li>Hands-on, entrepreneurial, and street-smart approach to managing city-level challenges.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: E&pound;15,000.00 per month
