Role OverviewWe are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented HR Operations Assistant Manager to support HR operations in our Bahrain office. This role will focus on employee lifecycle management, HR compliance, payroll coordination, and day-to-day HR services. The ideal candidate will be proactive, organized, and eager to grow within HR operations in the GCC region.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>HR Operations &amp; Compliance</li><li>Assist in ensuring compliance with Bahraini labor laws, visas, and social insurance requirements.</li><li>Support audits, documentation, and coordination with government authorities.</li><li>Employee Lifecycle Management</li><li>Prepare and process contracts, onboarding paperwork, and exit documentation.</li><li>Maintain employee records and ensure accuracy of HR databases.</li><li>Support probation reviews and performance management processes.</li><li>Payroll &amp; Benefits</li><li>Work with Finance and HR Manager to process monthly payroll.</li><li>Ensure accuracy of allowances, deductions, and benefits administration.</li><li>Draft HR-related letters (salary certificates, NOCs, etc.).</li><li>Employee Relations &amp; Support</li><li>Be the first point of contact for HR-related queries in the Bahrain office.</li><li>Assist with employee engagement activities and training coordination.</li><li>Foster a positive and compliant work environment.</li><li>HR Projects &amp; Systems</li><li>Support regional HR initiatives across GCC offices.</li><li>Use HR systems for attendance, leave, and data management.</li><li>Suggest improvements in HR processes and workflows.</li></ul>Qualifications &amp; Skills<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.</li><li>3&ndash;5 years of HR experience, preferably in the GCC.</li><li>Good knowledge of Bahrain labor law and HR compliance.</li><li>Hands-on experience in payroll and HR administration.</li><li>Excellent organizational and communication skills.</li><li>Arabic &amp; English proficiency preferred.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: BD500.000 - BD600.000 per month
